BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO FRIENDLY STAFF
customer service is starting to get bad and product is starting to get low. i feel like the ripped me off when i ask for extra and i don’t see it but get charged I use to visit frequently now it’s only once or sometimes none. due to staff not friendly bad customer service they always rush you thru your order staff don’t have patience to deal with first time customers is sad.

Great place for ice but they don’t keep the app updated with daily flavors. It’s a bit of a drive for us and the app said they had the flavor we like, but we got there and it wasn’t one of the daily flavors. Don’t trust the app.

Once the daily flavor update works - it’s amazing. I wish we could submit flavor requests (so there’s a “customer choice” option on the menu).

Love this app! I can now see what the flavors are before I go and understand what each flavor is! Looks like I'll be going to Joe's even more now! Also rewards in the app is amazing!

I've loved going to Joe's Italian ice for years now. It's by far my favorite Ice cream-related restaurant. I love everything about it and this app is all the better for other Joe's fans. You can see all the different flavors of the day, (my favorite feature), you can show new customers the entire menu, and you can see nearby restaurants. Great app.

Just found out I know I'm late but it's super duper good my fave flavor has to be fuzzy wuzzy!!! I have seen this place for a long long time but I never really went out of my way to go to the ice cream place. Finally I moved closer and it has to be my entire family's addiction. My family doesn't really like sweets but the flavors here have to be oh so amazing. No joke we went out or Italian ice for 3 days in a row. The people here are super cool and give u up to like 5 samples. All flavored are good it's actually the hardest part lollll.

We love Joe's & the Joe's app
We have been coming to Joe's since it first opened. All the flavors are excellent, but of course we have our favorites. We love the Joe's app because it lets us know if our favorites are being served. The Joe's app is a must for any Joe's fan.
