Keeps crashing
This app is pretty bad. It constantly crashes. There’s one property I’m trying to view and every time I try to open it, the app crashes.

This was my go to app, but lately it is better at crashing than it is for searching properties. So if crashing apps is your jam then this is the app for you.
Useless
Didn’t show anything even their own listings. Zillow and Redfin worked better at showing information.

Terrible! I’ll find a different real-estate co to use for me searches now.

Like others have said…you can no longer change criteria without the whole app shutting down. Worthless unless you want to see ALL properties in all categories.

App broke as of 2 days ago
Not sure what happened but starting 2 days ago I’ve had to turn off all notifications for my saved search to stop the constant receipt of emails of properties that don’t even match my criteria. And by constant I mean I was getting notified of emails from my saved searches every 5 minuets for a solid 2 hours before I finally turned off notifications. I’ve also tried submitting feedback in the app but the screen doesn’t load properly. And when I load a saved search in the app I can’t change the criteria to expand my search anymore. Every time I close the criteria window it reverts back to the original settings. It is very frustrating.

This used to be my go to real estate app. Not sure what has changed, but my app closes as soon as I open it. It is a great app when it is working.
Fix it
Implement a new app update that is comparable with the new iOS update or pay me to do it for you. People want to buy property not delete and download again for an app to work. 100k and I can fix this issue for you.
5 Stars before update now crashes everytime
After the update it crashes every time I try to move the map or anything completely, so it is unusable on my iPhone 13. I always liked this app because of the map and easy layout compared to Windermere Realtor.com etc. will put five stars back when I get it a version that is working. I removed it and reinstalled it several times turned off my phone reset reinstalled it etc. nothing works

Newer isn’t Better
Awkward and does not adjust to horizontal image. Prefer older version. Please make older version available. Much easier to use. I have been a fan of it for years.
Banner pop up is so annoying
The banner that pops up when you are searching for homes is not value added and it makes it so annoying I leave the app.
Not a thought put into UI/UE
Hi Team - I need to give you some feedback… your app is TERRIBLE. Like, perhaps the worst one I have seen in real estate yet (have been in real estate market in Va & CO). It makes me feel like you don’t really care about my experience, at all. Is your executive/IT team really old? So they are out of touch with the fact that the app IS my John L Scott experience? My agent is lovely and great, but I only interact with her after ALOT of interacting with the app. Does your executive/IT team not care ? They think “well, you have to buy a house regardless so who cares if it easy or enjoyable”? The app has very limited functionality - no way to unlike a property to get it out of your view; no way to at a minimum comment on a property so if you can’t remove it from your view, you remember what you thought after you spent forever looking over it so that you don’t have to repeat that analysis AGAIN to remember why you weren’t going to go see that property; there is a hilarious feature that just started appearing to tell you how many properties are in view on your screen (this is never accurate & gets in the way of using the interface). It’s is just wildly apparent this app is to check a box - does John L Scott have an app? Congratulations, the answer is yes. Did John L Scott stop for even one second to think through how the app would be used, best practices, best UI….eh, nope.
I like my agent so I am planning to stay with John L Scott but I will never recommend your services nor will I use you to buy the rental we will purchase after this home. You don’t care about my experience enough or are clueless at what 2021 requires from real estate.
