Easy to use
This App
I suggest you just p/u the phone & call your local Johnny’s. Just saying.
Disorganized
App is trash, order online and save time
Needs work
Needs work, doesn’t flow...
Not sure if your logged in or not, and info doesn’t flow thru. Got to type address in multiple times. Looks good, and menu is straight forward once you get in it.
I’d work on the account side, make sure customer knows they are logged in. Not looking for payment info to be saved, but account should hold all the typing info like address.
App Needs Improving
Slow going
Just ok is not ok
It also lacks many of the features a modern app should have. No Face ID login option. Can’t store payment methods. It has an old feel like it hasn’t had a significant overhaul in a decade or so.
App needs significant fixes to bring it up to standard.
It works
Many glitches
Not fast enough
Meh
Just Adequate
App works BUT needs improvements
Need to have the ability to save your favorites and save charge info. If security is a concern...... drop the app. You are not a true online contender unless you can save client info safely. As it is..... ordering takes too long. Help us out. Thanks.
It gets the job done
Overall good
Terrible
Update (months later)
This app is still exceedingly awful! Come on guys! When are you going to fix this?!? It’s terrible on iPad. It’s slightly better, but still terrible on iPhone. The green toy robot phones are irrelevant, but I’m sure it’s bad there too. The mobile web browser version is terrible. The full website is better, but still leaves a lot to be desired. I’m sure the person handling your digital market presence is a nice guy/gal, but this isn’t their thing. Fire them! We joke, at work, about how much we prefer Johnny’s pizza; but, we have to decide each time we order pizza whether we have the patience to deal with the ordering process or would rather just order from a competitor - any competitor - pick any one and their apps are measures upon measures better! We all admit to ordering from a competitor from time to time, although we wanted Johnny’s, because your digital products are THAT BAD!
