App Needs to Be Better
JPH is great. No doubt. But as much money as they make, the app is consistently an issue. They did make it more intuitive when they switched to the new app, but just now we couldn’t complete an order because we couldn’t select a payment method. With that many pies being sold, this app has got to get some more money thrown into it.

Johnny’s pizza is awesome for the most part… sometimes you get a pizza with that is assembled with less love BUT the app needs to add cook times like well done and/or bricked!

Missing options/really annoying
Can’t order a medium drink, just a large. There’s also no section to choose dine in at checkout. Cant claim rewards in person or scan to earn rewards when ordering in person. I also miss the buffet punch cards and I think that should be incorporated into the app. Would also love an Apple Pay option.

Please hire an agency that know what they’re doing
I beg you. Your website is horrific, outdated, and clearly designed by a committee of execs who have never even heard the term UX. Experienced is everything, and every single digital experience attached to your brand is embarrassingly amateur. No excuse. Invest in your customers and stop pushing your terrible app that barely works. You spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a quarter on mailers that have coupons with discounts that are useless. Hello?!

App is confused!
While attempting to use a discount code for “in app” purchase i get a message saying this code cannot be used for online orders, download the app. I am using the app. Do better Johnny’s!!!
Bring back crust cook selection
Having to call the store negates the convenience of an app. Other than that it works. You also took away any comments for the order. It definitely reduces my orders from your stores

The newer app is so much better than the previous version. My only complaint is that you can no longer choose the cook method for your pizzas.
I love the Sweep the Kitchen pizza; but unless you can choose WELL DONE, the middle of the pizza crust is never full cooked!
Please add that option back for pizzas!

You can not order a pizza bricked. So you have to call and order if you want your pizza well done.
Salad bar on the app
Why don’t we have a salad bar option on the app??
No customization
The app works fine but they’ve removed most of the customization options from your orders. It used to have options for cooking temp

It’s ok
When the app first came out we had the option to choose the doneness of our pizza, but somewhere along the way that got removed. Now I place my order and have to call to have that added to my ticket. Also, making added extra cheese on the main page when you ask if you want cheese, half cheese, or none. I had to dig around when I first used the app to find that. Add a comment box to each item ordered. It’s helpful to those of us with allergies; yes I know I’m taking my chances it’s a restaurant but at least we could have the option. With AI tools readily available to assist in building an app use it for the knowledge and make the app much more user friendly.

I hate that the option to select how I want my pizza cooked was removed. Now I have to call the store to let them know I want it crispy

It’s a FIGHT to place an order in the app. The “next” button disappears anytime you try to edit anything. Forcing you to close out and restart. Also, the app never recognizes the “in-app order” coupons, rendering those coupons useless. The coupon always errors out stating it’s only valid in the app. But…. I’m in the app. I’ve been waiting patiently for these issues to be addressed, but it’s been so long I don’t see that happening. I place my order in the app and have to call to ask for well done to get around the insufferable errors. PLEASE FIX IT! ITS BEEN A YEAR OR MORE!
