Missing customization
Bring back the option of how we want the crust cooked. I have to call the store to let them know I want it crispy or select a previously submitted order that already has it

Needs improvement
Hard to navigate. From an email, the link doesn’t take you to the deal advertised. The app is not user friendly.
Nacho Cheese Please
For some reason, I’m always missing the cheese sauce when delivered. I call and they promise to send someone out and never do. I wish there was a way to make a proper complaint on the app especially whenever I pay extra for items I don’t receive.

You can not use coupon codes in the app that are specifically for the app. This needs to be fixed.

App Needs to Be Better
JPH is great. No doubt. But as much money as they make, the app is consistently an issue. They did make it more intuitive when they switched to the new app, but just now we couldn’t complete an order because we couldn’t select a payment method. With that many pies being sold, this app has got to get some more money thrown into it.

You cannot see your whole order in the cart with the latest update as it does not allow you to scroll.

Johnny’s pizza is awesome for the most part… sometimes you get a pizza with that is assembled with less love BUT the app needs to add cook times like well done and/or bricked!

Missing options/really annoying
Can’t order a medium drink, just a large. There’s also no section to choose dine in at checkout. Cant claim rewards in person or scan to earn rewards when ordering in person. I also miss the buffet punch cards and I think that should be incorporated into the app. Would also love an Apple Pay option.

Please hire an agency that know what they’re doing
I beg you. Your website is horrific, outdated, and clearly designed by a committee of execs who have never even heard the term UX. Experienced is everything, and every single digital experience attached to your brand is embarrassingly amateur. No excuse. Invest in your customers and stop pushing your terrible app that barely works. You spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a quarter on mailers that have coupons with discounts that are useless. Hello?!

App is confused!
While attempting to use a discount code for “in app” purchase i get a message saying this code cannot be used for online orders, download the app. I am using the app. Do better Johnny’s!!!
Bring back crust cook selection
Having to call the store negates the convenience of an app. Other than that it works. You also took away any comments for the order. It definitely reduces my orders from your stores

The newer app is so much better than the previous version. My only complaint is that you can no longer choose the cook method for your pizzas.
I love the Sweep the Kitchen pizza; but unless you can choose WELL DONE, the middle of the pizza crust is never full cooked!
Please add that option back for pizzas!
