Reimbursement system needs improvement
The biggest issue with JoinBrands is the reimbursement system. Around 90% of the opportunities I see require creators to purchase the product with their own money first and wait to be reimbursed later.
In many cases, you have to receive the product, create and publish the content, keep it posted for the required period, and only then is the reimbursement released. After that, it can still take several more days for the money to reach your account. This means creators can have their own money tied up for weeks just to complete a brand collaboration.
If a brand wants a creator to produce content for its product, the brand should be able to provide the product directly, especially considering the relatively low compensation offered on many campaigns.
Creators should not have to finance brand campaigns out of their own pockets and then wait weeks to get their money back. I really hope JoinBrands improves this system and offers more collaborations with products shipped directly by brands.

I’ve been using JoinBrands for about 2 months now, and the jobs keep rolling in. I consistently apply and they roll. It’s fun, easy to navigate, and one of the easier apps to use

I’ve had such a great experience with JoinBrands! Their support team is genuinely helpful, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever I have an issue. They take the time to understand the problem and actually help find a solution, which I really appreciate as a creator.

The worst UGC app
I’m on many UGC apps and this is by far the worst. Approval processes for certifications are unclear and until you get certifications you really can’t do anything on the app. I’ve submitted for approval and was denied on 2 certifications and approved on 1. No clear reason for denial. The app is trash.

No verification code
I can’t even receive the verification code to make my account. I’ve spent the whole day trying to receive a verification code and I have yet to receive anything.
Best for UGC
I started in this space with JoinBrands and they are the real deal. Tons of campaign to apply for and even have a great creators group. You want to scale your business and do more join them.
One of the lowest offers app out there
Not a big fan . U will get $5, $15 most $50 for your video and u will have to pay a high fee for the app. So as a UGC for 16 years this is the worse app to join if you are trying to make a living as a content creator !! Save your time. There are better ones out that !

Useful for new creators
I find this app very practical to start working as a content creator. The platform is clear and easy to use. Sometimes you need to be patient with approvals, but there are definitely opportunities.
