Where is the registration page?
Why does this app only have a sign in screen but no sign up interface? I still haven't figured out where to register.

Onboarding process stuck at payment step
I’m experiencing major technical issues with the Joivy onboarding process. I’ve already submitted my tax code and personal information without any problems. I also paid both required deposits, so my due amount shows as €0. However, the app still asks me to “proceed to payment” even though there’s nothing left to pay.
For the past two weeks, every attempt to move forward has only led to a never-ending loading screen. I’ve tried contacting support through the AI assistant and reaching out via email, but I haven’t received any helpful response.
This is a serious problem because I am relocating to Italy in just two weeks and I cannot finalize my onboarding due to this technical issue. I urgently need Joivy to fix this so that tenants like me don’t get stuck in the process after already paying.
