I am writing to report an ongoing issue with your application that has not been resolved for over three months. I am not receiving OTPs, which forces me to log in repeatedly every time I exit the app. This has significantly affected my user experience and the usability of the service.
Despite continued usage, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received any effective support or communication addressing this concern.
Given the inconvenience caused over this extended period, I kindly request one of the following resolutions:
• A refund for the affected subscription period, or
• An extension of my subscription by at least six months
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have to consider escalating the matter through the Apple App Store review and support channels.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Free Trial Scam
I signed up for Jojo’s channel using the 7-day free trial, which was due to end on 9 July. However, after cancelling the automatic renewal to avoid being charged after the trial period, I immediately lost access to the free trial. This is very misleading, as a free trial should remain available until its advertised end date even if auto-renewal is cancelled. It feels like a deceptive practice rather than a genuine free trial.

Technical glitches
After buying subscription , it does not upgrade on app ….always asks to buy subscription and after clicking buy …it gives message that it is already active. Does not play the movie at all .
Lots of issues in Subscription
Even though I have paid for Gold subscription it’s always ask me to purchase it again to watch content.

UI experience
Every time i open the app asking to create profile. Even if there are already profile created and there is open way to dismiss that. Logout is the only option.
Not Supported
This App is not supported in IPad Full screen. In my I pad shows half screen only. Need to update this app. For full screen in iPad.
Unable to put otp
The time to feed the otp is 20 seconds and by the time recieve the email it is too late and the resend OTP and it’s an infinite loop- Terrible.
Bogus app
In mobile app, I entered my email address and received an OTP. When I switched to my Gmail app to check the OTP and came back, it asked me to re-enter my email to send a new OTP — seriously?
Also, on the desktop version, I selected the 3-month subscription priced at CAD 18, but when I proceeded to checkout, it showed ₹18 instead. What kind of testing did you guys do?

Pathetic App
I installed it thinking that it has good content, but alas since I paid my gold subscription fees more than a month back I am still unable to watch any content on this app. Although amount is small but still it doesn’t make sense to pay as you will not be able to see anything. There lot of technical problems and they keep on asking various nonsensical details from you, as for example 1st when I raised issue they asked me payment details which I provided ss of but still they asked for other irrelevant details which were already reflecting on their app platform. They assured that issue will resolve with new update, but after new update my gold membership again vanished. Who has time to keep contacting customer support for getting gold membership privileges every time you log in to a device. In a nut shell avoid it.

Initial Impressions and Usability Challenges
The application is built on very weak standards. Simple issues like screen resolution and basic functionality are not handled properly—for example, the keyboard doesn't activate automatically when a text field is selected. I haven't been able to log in because of these issues, so I can only share limited feedback. If I had been able to log in, I could have observed and reported even more problems.
If the app is intended for promotion, it should be properly developed and functional. Promoting an incomplete or poorly built application misleads users and damages credibility.

It was working perfectly fine before few updates but before last mother the app has completely stopped working on apple tv

Technically glitches
The App is not compatible while casting on the TV. It does not work in laptops. It stops casting screen on the TV if mobile screen auto turn off which is quite obvious to happen in most of the mobiles. It doesn’t allow to purchase some movies though the purchase option is available. Sometimes movie doesn’t start after purchasing. Your audience is global. Please be mindful for that. The movie collection is good and can be further improved. Good luck for the improvements!!

Unbelievable
Why after paying for one year, still when I sign in on the mobile app it shows “upgrade to gold” and asks to pay $3.99 for a movie????
Headache
To much advertisement and whenever I play any movie or show there no voice. It plays on mute. No setting to start voice. Full of headache.
No voice on video
On playing any movie or show on apple phone unable hear voice. There is no option to control volume of video. Even though phone volume is on peak there is no voice on video.
