Technical glitches
After buying subscription , it does not upgrade on app ….always asks to buy subscription and after clicking buy …it gives message that it is already active. Does not play the movie at all .
Lots of issues in Subscription
Even though I have paid for Gold subscription it’s always ask me to purchase it again to watch content.
Same problem with TV app also as app is not working properly.

UI experience
Every time i open the app asking to create profile. Even if there are already profile created and there is open way to dismiss that. Logout is the only option.
Not Supported
This App is not supported in IPad Full screen. In my I pad shows half screen only. Need to update this app. For full screen in iPad.
Unable to put otp
The time to feed the otp is 20 seconds and by the time recieve the email it is too late and the resend OTP and it’s an infinite loop- Terrible.
