Before, I can’t select the location and showing popup ‘insufficient access to vendor’. Reinstalled 4x times, same thing happening. But it’s fixed now. Nothing but delicious fast food.

I tried all cards i have visa, mastercard, credit, debit but it does not work at all it wont accept any payment method. I even tried apple pay and it will not work still.
Rewards redemption never worked
Ive had rewards like free pie / nuggets, twice now the points were taken out but when I check out it says not valid. Same with $5 off promos.
Please fix some bugs
App is laid out well and looks like it will function well for the most part. One of the issues that I ran into were trying to claim a receipt for the rewards points.It would not accept any of the receipt numbers or store numbers from the receipt.

App isn’t working on my iPhone Air. I cannot select the store. It only shows the store in New York and Sterling Heights, but it will not allow you to select either.
Doesn’t work
After selecting store it just quickly shows a loading dial that disappears and nothing happens. Tried even deleting and redownloading and allowing Gps

If you like Jollibee and live near one, this app was useful, if a bit too noisy as it’s constantly trying to lure you back to store.
Then, clicked on a Jollibee app notification one day, and it’s… stuck.
Says service not available at my store, prompts me to choose a new store, but I can’t. It won’t let me.
No matter which store I select, I get “Insufficient Access to Vendor” error. And I can’t get out this selection page.
The app became completely useless.
