Time orders
Genuinely useless. Im trying to change my delivery time because there are no delivery drivers at the moment yet no where in the app does it let me change the time for my order. Tried to search it up and everything, still no where to change the time for my delivery order.

Delivery Fee and Tipping option
I love Jollibee but the delivery fee $10.99 on a $50 order is way too high plus the tipping option doesn’t have the custom option, it just go to 15%, 20% 25% or NONE. I wish they can put the an option on the tipping like 10% or customize the amount. And lower the Delivery fee.

Overall great for curating order, managing rewards, but frustrating when I cannot apply rewards or checkout
Alert Authorization Failed
Your app does not recognized the code i place…tried multiples times…made sure i place the right codes…it only works when i scan it in the store… but to imput ut i get error “authorization failed” whether i order in san jose, milpitas, sacramento and now in roseville… it has never worked. Wasted too many points in my lifetime
