Stop prompting to change notification setting everytime the app is launched
It is absolutely ridiculous that an app that is forced on to the public to be promoting to allow notification on every launch. Apple, please issue a warning to this developer for going against guidelines
No refund with high minimum reload amount
Only Jempol, Kuala Pilah and Batu Pahat applicable for this apps. Yet, it set a ridiculous high minimum reload amount which is RM 15, and does not offer to withdraw for unused credit.
It is very not user friendly for those who do not travel in this 3 regions, but to trying to get the most from these users.

Why need to buy token? Instead we can pay parking and deduct amount from bank account or grab e-wallet. It is so inconvenient for people who just come and visit few days. This apps also not applicable for whole state in Malaysia.

Super very terrible app
Unable to verify my account. I received 4 digit SMS OTP and entered it but the app keep on moaning that I entered incorrect OTP. What a joke! Didn’t they do proper testing before updating their app on App Store?
Long term user
I’ve been using this app since it first started. I’d say it’s been one of the most convenient parking app around the country. Would be great if each location would state the active parking time so that we know when it is necessary to pay and when parking is free.
Keeps saying app outdated
It keeps telling me a newer version 3.6.3 is available for update. I'm using 3.6.4 🤦🏻♂️

Crashing
The app kept on crashing and forced closed very often after updating it yesterday. Apart from that problem I have no issues with the app, been using it since idk 2017(?) and had no issues before. Hopefully it gets fixed real soon.

What has been happening?? I couldn’t use the app to make any parking locations thats supposedly support the app for 2 months now? It has been a breeze so far until this issues started. 5 stars for ease of use, functional UI, and snappy performance. -0.5 for no iPad version, -2.5 for not resolving this issue in a timely manner.
