A FUIR !!

L’application n’est pas intuitive, elle plante sans cesse, c’est une catastrophe de gérer son « enceinte » Jooki avec une tel app. L’appli ne propose pas non plus de français. Les tutos proposés ne sont pas à jour (exemple pour connecter un casque Bluetooth). Lorsque que le Jooki se déconnecte tout seul, impossible de le réinitialiser. C’est une honte !
Application et enceinte Jooki a fuir !! Trop cher et la qualité n’est pas au RDV

Don’t waste your money!!

We had the Jooki for just a few months. It stopped working. We have tried everything as per customer support and troubleshooting on their site. Nothing has worked. Customer support is mediocre, at best!

Cela fonctionnait très bien jusqu’à il y a peu et puis je ne sais comment, les playlist ne se lancent plus. Avec une lumière bleue permanente. Est-ce une des mises à jours de Jooki ou spotify qui est en cause?
Jooki est maintenant inutilisable :-(

L’application est presqu’inutilisable.
Plante constamment, j’ai réussi à mettre des podcasts une seule et unique fois en 3 mois. Ne fonctionne plus

Neat device, terrible app

We can’t connect the speaker to our home wifi because the app doesn’t recognize certain special characters. How is this even a thing? The Jooki app wants us to change our wifi password which would involve changing the wifi password in every device we have that’s connected to our home network (security cameras, laptops, gaming consoles, printers, etc), it should be an easy fix with an app update but nothing yet. Come on, Jooki. Do better!
