My first time using this app and only received half of my order. Trying to contact them and get a response is slow and frustrating. No response yet.

My order was reported to be enroute but cancelled with no explanation. 🤷♀️

Прислали подделку вместо оригинальных наушников. А что бы сделать возврат нужно обратиться в потдержку и подать заявку. Мне сказали подождите 3-5 дней и с вами свяжутся наши специалисты. Прошло две недели, со мной так никто и не связался. Потерял $150

Rubbish app
This app is absolute trash. The products are garbage, and I couldn't even return a defective item—I had to pay for the shipping myself. Customer service is terrible, too. Seriously, this app is just so, so awful. I bought one dress, and I will never use this app again. Garbage.
