Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with this app and would not recommend it to anyone. The whole experience felt very unprofessional from start to finish. The clothes I received looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The quality was poor, the material felt cheap, and the fit was completely different from what was shown.
The product descriptions were misleading, making it difficult to know what I was actually purchasing. Delivery took longer than expected, and customer service was unhelpful when I tried to raise my concerns. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I felt like my complaints were ignored.
When shopping online, customers rely on accurate photos and honest descriptions, but this app failed to provide either. It feels misleading and unfair to customers who spend their money expecting to receive what is advertised. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and I will not be purchasing from this app again.

Bought 3 x T-shirt 1 month ago was expecting my order by the 4th of July it is now the 14th of July and I still haven’t received my order. Very disappointing. Never making another order from Joom again.
bad customer service
returns are a struggle. they won’t give u return labels and you have to make it yourself. also you can’t talk to a real representative unless you’re willing to wait 10 days
Wrong item sent
Ordered a pair of motorcycle bar end mirrors. When I opened the package, there were two mirrors, but both were for the same side. I’ve tried contacting what is jokingly called “customer service “ but I just keep getting the runaround ending up back where I started.

Need I say more. Dates moved twice and I am not going on holiday. Item will hit the deliver box whilst I am away and won’t be able to picked up. Ridiculous AI response. Company is an utter joke
