My first time using this app and only received half of my order. Trying to contact them and get a response is slow and frustrating. No response yet.

Прислали подделку вместо оригинальных наушников. А что бы сделать возврат нужно обратиться в потдержку и подать заявку. Мне сказали подождите 3-5 дней и с вами свяжутся наши специалисты. Прошло две недели, со мной так никто и не связался. Потерял $150

Rubbish app
This app is absolute trash. The products are garbage, and I couldn't even return a defective item—I had to pay for the shipping myself. Customer service is terrible, too. Seriously, this app is just so, so awful. I bought one dress, and I will never use this app again. Garbage.

Terrible customer support.
I order a jacket that was supposed to be delivered within two weeks. They delayed it for another two weeks. Now they delayed it for another two months…… I am trying to contact customer support, but its all AI. There is nobody to talk to. The service is atrocious! I do not recommend this website! There is customer service & no guarantee that you will receive your order. If you want a refund after all the delays, then you have to wait for 3-4 months since your order.

Honestly I would have has a better experience with alibaba than Joom. They are just a reseller of Ali products and provide less support. Not worth your time or money.

Почему цены, которые отображаются на главном экране в 2-3 раза меньше чем при заказе? И дело не в том что продавец поднял цены, а буквально на главном экране цена отличается от той, что на карточке товара.

Do not try ordering from Joom. Yes, it is cheap but it is definitely not worth it. Some merch may be expensive on there but what Joom doesn’t tell you is that they sell a lot of fanmade/fake merch so even after paying good money, you won’t have what you want. This app is terrible.

This is terrible. I placed two orders and both were out of stock. They kept delaying and then just refunded me. If you can't sell something, don't sell it. It feels like a scam.
