Worst site to buy from and impossible to access customer service
Honestly I would have has a better experience with alibaba than Joom. They are just a reseller of Ali products and provide less support. Not worth your time or money.

Почему цены, которые отображаются на главном экране в 2-3 раза меньше чем при заказе? И дело не в том что продавец поднял цены, а буквально на главном экране цена отличается от той, что на карточке товара.

Do not try ordering from Joom. Yes, it is cheap but it is definitely not worth it. Some merch may be expensive on there but what Joom doesn’t tell you is that they sell a lot of fanmade/fake merch so even after paying good money, you won’t have what you want. This app is terrible.

This is terrible. I placed two orders and both were out of stock. They kept delaying and then just refunded me. If you can't sell something, don't sell it. It feels like a scam.

The item I ordered was nothing like described so I requested to return. Have been waiting over 2 weeks for a response. Cant talk to an actual person, the robot is useless and doesn’t understand my questions. Tells me to check the claims section but when i google it, there is no claims section on Joom. I dont understand what I’m meant to do? Just wasted me money on false advertising.
Update to respond- I have already tried this and it’s just going round in circles. I need to speak to a person, not a robot.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Joom, and while the product itself was good, trying to return them was an absolute nightmare.
Joom makes the return process intentionally difficult, confusing, and frustrating. Instead of a straightforward return policy, you are forced through endless customer service loops and roadblocks designed to make you give up. It is so user-unfriendly that I eventually had to just abandon the return completely. While you might get decent items, beware that if they don't fit or you change your mind, getting your money back is nearly impossible. Shop with caution if you think you might need to return anything!

I didn’t receive my order and the refuse to refund me . I have been with joom for over 3 years and buying my Christmas present and gift from Joom . Spent a lot of money there . But now I no longer want to shop in joom . Totally disappointed with them. They lost my business.

Absolute Scam
Got scammed, provided clear reasoning and video evidence to get a refund, was told to provide a 'certificate of the copyrighted work' and 'physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the trademark owner'. Currently looking into how to get the entire site taken down.
Don’t even bother
I never leave reviews but on this occasion I had to as I’m so angry. Ordered an item in June then got told there was a delay twice. Now it’s too late for what I need it for & now they are telling me I can’t get my refund till sept. Not good enough.

I am extremely disappointed with this app and would not recommend it to anyone. The whole experience felt very unprofessional from start to finish. The clothes I received looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The quality was poor, the material felt cheap, and the fit was completely different from what was shown.

Bought 3 x T-shirt 1 month ago was expecting my order by the 4th of July it is now the 14th of July and I still haven’t received my order. Very disappointing. Never making another order from Joom again.
