He sent me an email saying that you could not supply the product that I ordered and that I was due for a refund. I just wanted refunded back to my original payment method. You keep telling me to go onto your June site and it doesn’t let me download the app. Please respond ASAP.

Every time I see something I like, when I tap on it, it goes directly into general goods that I don’t want, so I opt out because I can’t find what I want. A good way to loose me as a customer!

I recently bought something from there and they sent me an email a day later saying something went wrong and I got a refund but I clicked on the link and it said no refund available
Absolute Scam
Got scammed, provided clear reasoning and video evidence to get a refund, was told to provide a 'certificate of the copyrighted work' and 'physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the trademark owner'. Currently looking into how to get the entire site taken down.
Don’t even bother
I never leave reviews but on this occasion I had to as I’m so angry. Ordered an item in June then got told there was a delay twice. Now it’s too late for what I need it for & now they are telling me I can’t get my refund till sept. Not good enough.

Horrible shopping experience
Canceled my order out of the blue and make it difficult to return my money

I am extremely disappointed with this app and would not recommend it to anyone. The whole experience felt very unprofessional from start to finish. The clothes I received looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The quality was poor, the material felt cheap, and the fit was completely different from what was shown.
The product descriptions were misleading, making it difficult to know what I was actually purchasing. Delivery took longer than expected, and customer service was unhelpful when I tried to raise my concerns. Instead of resolving the issue properly, I felt like my complaints were ignored.
When shopping online, customers rely on accurate photos and honest descriptions, but this app failed to provide either. It feels misleading and unfair to customers who spend their money expecting to receive what is advertised. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and I will not be purchasing from this app again.

Disappointed
Bought 3 x T-shirt 1 month ago was expecting my order by the 4th of July it is now the 14th of July and I still haven’t received my order. Very disappointing. Never making another order from Joom again.
bad customer service
returns are a struggle. they won’t give u return labels and you have to make it yourself. also you can’t talk to a real representative unless you’re willing to wait 10 days
Wrong item sent
Ordered a pair of motorcycle bar end mirrors. When I opened the package, there were two mirrors, but both were for the same side. I’ve tried contacting what is jokingly called “customer service “ but I just keep getting the runaround ending up back where I started.

ordered a jacket and never received it. they keep pushing the arrival date like they knew where it was but when i asked them proof it went silent. funny enough is that now that i made a claim with my bank i received an email telling me that a refund is on its way.. :) fishy A.F. will never use an app like that. you know exactly what you do by pushing the date to avoid the refunds. do not respond to this review with the cheesiest answer, save yourself some time.

It ain’t local
I ordered 2 t-shirts from an online shop which it turned out was a reseller through Joom. After days of searching I found the invoice which suggested the items were coming from Latvia - inside the EU and not subject to the new custom charges. After nearly a week of waiting patiently I receive a notice that my items are now packaged and leaving China! a) no way are they going to be arriving as suggested, b) they’re going to incur a custom charge and c) nowhere was it clear this items were coming from China. They’ve now been marked as shipped so can’t be cancelled. Not what I expected:(
