The app is designed for cleaners, co-hosts, reception staff, and property managers who prepare properties for arriving guests. Each Jotto is personalised using booking information supplied by the host and can include guest details, arrival information, property information, Wi-Fi details, guidebook links, and optional pet welcome notes. The app is intended for authorised crew members of a JottoGo account and requires an invitation from a host or property manager.
