Feedback on App

Why won’t the FaceID work?
I find this app usable but not user friendly, it’s not intuitive like I’m used to seeing in other app.

Best Financial Institution

This is the best financial institution I’ve have the pleasure of being associated with. They’ve helped me numerous times. I’ve mainly used the Elysburg Branch and all the staff, from management on down are an extreme pleasure to work with.

Easy to use

Easy to use

Excellent

A good app to check in on balances, make transfers and pay through Zelle. I appreciate it, thank you!

Some good improvements

Improved now allows transfers to other people’s Journey accts

Sophomoric

Terrible user interface. Sign in is clunky . This app has the feel and look of a high school coding project. I can only hope the transactions are secure.

Mostly easy

Mostly easy to get into the app but it’s forcing me to login & password each time even though I clicked remember me & face log in.

Account

I can check my balance when I want to..That’s important to me..
Thanks.. D.L.F.

Poor app

There are many things I dislike about this app. Many other reviews note them. I came from First Columbia Bank app and it was user friendly so to use this one is sad.

User Interface

Most banking apps allow you to sign in with a pin. Not this one. It’s the typical username and password. Half of the time the app never saves my username and NEVER allows to save for my password. Very inconvenient for customer sign-in alone. Then you have the app itself; It feels like it was designed on purpose to have absolutely zero options for online banking. I’m used to the app by now but it’s not easy to navigate compared to other banks’ apps. Options are in places they shouldn’t be, there’s a sign out button at the top right for absolutely no reason at all. Anyone using a mobile app will never be actively looking for a sign out button. So that’s already a feature and wasted space taken up on my screen. I constantly get this feeling that the only thing it allows me to do is stare at my balance, make a mobile deposit (poorly), and check my past 5 transactions - unless I click a little blue link that lets me choose more than 5, which the default should automatically be set to more than 5! Just keep scrolling and it’ll give you more transactions, simple.

Easy to Use

Fast to load, intuitive and easy to navigate.

It’s ok

I don’t like the fact that it signs me out even when I have remember me and Face ID set up other than that it’s good

Sadness

I found it much more convenient when I could use face recognition. I am sad that it not working.

Not a fan

Liked the old app better

So satisfied

Very convenient and helpful easy to access my account when you are in a hurry..

Buggy and bad layout

Doesn’t remember Face ID; Annoying and buggy. Also HELOC loans are in a weird sub menu and hard to see from the app and also in a different spot to pay/transfer HELOC funds making it more tricky than a normal transfer.

Ok

Doesn’t always keep your user name and password saved. Annoying

The app gives the option to REMEMBER ME .
It never does. Also I have enabled Face ID and it doesn’t work either

Terrible

The first Columbia app was WAYYY better. The Face ID never works. I constantly have to place my credentials.
