Love the concept!
This app is very user friendly and makes the travel experience more personal than just reward points. I am excited to continue using it to unlock even more.
App Doesn’t Work
I was super excited to try Journey. I started making my account through an ad on Facebook. Once I put in a bit of my information, it suggested I download the app. When I tried to login on the app, I typed in my phone number on the first page and my access code on the second page, but when I try to proceed to the third page, it loops me back to the first page. I’ve probably try a dozen times. I also can’t create a new account because when I try to do that, it says there’s already an account linked to my phone number.
