Unable to sign in

I keep trying to sign in with my Apple ID, and I get a message saying that something has gone wrong and it shots down. What can I do I was really looking forward to working with the app. The same thing happened when I tried signing in with my Google ID

Errors signing in

I would love to use this app and have found it helpful before, but every time I try to login using Google or Apple, I guess an error. I’m not sure how to rectify this and would love to change the review if I am able to access the app.
