I placed the order for this book while I was still on my trip, I pay for premium shipping and total everything came to over $60 for 31 photos. There is no updated shipping information on where my item is and there’s no way to contact them with the exception of sending an email. I was strongly suggest finding another company to order this type of item from since this company, clearly lacks organizational skills. Do not purchase you’ve been warned.

What happened to Journi?!?! I have used you numerous times in the last 3 years. Now my order is missing and all I get is bots and automated email replies and NO Service!!! Time to use Mixtiles and I will let all my friends know not to use you! So sad because I really liked your photo books and had told many to try your company.

My first book
The process was insanely simply. I uploaded 734 photos and could have added more. I could cry because for two decades I’ve kept digital photos but I prefer prints. I will update this post when I get my book. This could be LIFE CHANGING!!

This is the first time I have used Journi Print. It was recommended that I try it. It was as so easy to use, very intuitive, and so many options. The price is such a deal. I have struggled with Shutterfly for years! I am exciting to make more books!
