Journi Print is so easy to work with. I have made 2 very large books to document my last two vacation travels. It was so easy to add photos, edit pages, add titles, dates, maps, quotes, etc. The quality of the book is excellent. I will definitely use Journi Print many times in the future because I have so many new ideas!

My JOURNEY Book
After returning from a once in a lifetime 12 day trip to Ireland, I decided the best way to enjoy the photos I took was to put them in a book. I tried 3 different apps before finding Journi! WOW, your app blew me away! I am not that tech savvy, but your program was amazingly easy to use! There were so many options that were easily applied! I enjoyed the process. I will admit it took me three days to complete my project due to the number of pictures (just over 900!!) I had to choose and edit for the book. I will definitely visit your site for future projects for family members. Also, I REALLY appreciate the “sharing” feature that allows me to share my completed project with my children and grandchildren! They are scattered all over the country and I will not have a chance until maybe the holidays to share the actual book with them. Thank you SO MUCH for making this all possible! I’m a forever customer!

Easiest photo app yet!
I’ve used pretty much all the photo apps at this point and Journi is definitely the easiest to use. As I have not received the product yet, I am not able to determine the quality of the photo book, however, the ease of the app … I can vouch for!

My family and I took a vacation of a lifetime- 12 days in Portugal. My books came out so good.. !!!!! As I’m reviewing them, I felt as if we were still there. !! They came out perfect!!

Horrible customer service
The book was printed with pictures I did not submit. I was able to show them this by screen shots of the draft. They refused to offer a new book . Told me I would have to pay. I will never use them again. Lousy customer service service

Wish the assist with a final review. Did not notice the spacing in some of my paragraphs
Great app
Super easy to use, but it would’ve been very helpful if I could have enlarged the edit view and been able to simply enter a date to edit and click to that page.
Superb travel photo album
So easy to put the album together. Great with the added maps, dates etc. Used to take me ages to make an album to remember my holiday but Journi make it so quick & easy!

So many creative options to capture your memories and tell a story with them. Much better than having them sit on your phone
Love all of my books
I have made 5 books in the last year. Every book amazes me how vibrant the final product is. I get better at creating the books with each trial. You must click on the pictures in the order you want them displayed to avoid extra editing which has come with it practice. I will be doing more books in the near future!

Frustrated with fonts
There was no flexibility in size of fonts and little flexibility with size and placement of text boxes on the page. I as too far into creating the book to start over on another app. I am not likely to use Journi Print again.

Truly is a way of putting your photo memories into a beautiful book that you and everyone can enjoy and not just on your phone.

Déçue / livre petit et de mauvaise qualité
L’expérience de création du livre est simple, seulement à la réception du livre il est vraiment petit (j’ai été grès surprise) au vu du prix (100$) je ne m’attendais pas à ça. Aussi la qualité n’est pas là. Les pages sont tres fines. Je recommande aux responsables de lapp de bien mettre en avant la taille pour éviter toute frustration à la réception par les clients

Confused!!!!
Selected my book, pictures, etc. Picked a simple 8x8 book, approximately 50 pictures.. the book I selected was 19.99 but when I got to checkout it was 118.00…. WHY??????? Went back and there is no explanation of the charges. It simply shows the hook I selected for 19.99. Seems like a rip off!

A brilliant way to keep memories alive
Really poor packaging for posting- took three attempts before album was okayish
Ordered our wedding album from Journi, first one came damaged - was just posted in a cardboard box with flimsy edges that kept folding down so album was open to the elements during delivery. Journi offered a replacement or 30% of the product value as credit to use for other purchases.
Opted for replacement. I told them they would need to improve the packaging for sending as far as i live, a layer of bubblewrap or anything.
Next album came- it was in worse condition than the first one! No improvement in packaging- was the same as the first one. There was side of the box folded in so the pages were open to receiving any damage during the postal process.
I asked seeing as this was 2nd time if i could receive a refund but all they can offer is another reorder or 30% as credit to there company.
Went through another reorder- telling them they would need to improve there packaging - i was told they were in discussion with there production partners to ensure the packaging was made better.
3rd album came- packaging was shocking again, no improvements at all. The side of the cardboard box was folded in so the pages were exposed again.
This album thankfully hasnt come too bad, some pages swollen where its gotten damp but not too bad.
Im still really disapointed what was suppose to be an exciting time getting our wedding album has been dragged out and just caused us stress.
Wouldnt recommend this company. It would be interesting to know how many time i would have to reorder this product before any improvements on packaging were made and the album was completely intact.
