It is very difficult to make an external transfer into your account from an outside bank.

Typical quirky bank app with some good features
Typical quirky bank app for all banks and credit unions. I like that the app gives you time to transfer money from a credit line to your checking if you go over. No fee. If they do it only $3.00 fee.

App issues
I agree with the poster from May 20, 2026. This app used to be great, it has not worked properly since “update…” I’ve deleted and re-downloaded several times and it still doesn’t work, which is majorly inconvenient. Please Jovia, fix the bugs.
Convenient and efficient
I enjoy the convenience of a credit union that treats its customers just as precious as a private banker treats its wealthy clients. For those of us with small wealth, it is important wealth for our maintenance and our life’s transactions. Bravo to Jovia.

I always have to take several pics of the checks before they go through. Never have this problem at Chase.

All of a sudden notifications from credit card purchases have stopped. I changed nothing.
Always crashes
I always have to sign in 3 times. It accepts my password then starts over again. It also happens when I'm on chat which is infuriating. I have to sign back in at least 4-5 times depending on the length of the chat.
Great, most of the time
While I find the app to be super user friendly, for the last 2 months, when I open the app, it stays open for three seconds, and then close. It takes me three attempts, at least to open it successfully. Anyone else having this problem?
App crashes repeatedly
App is great usually. Flagging that it is crashing repeatedly upon launch for the last month. Takes 3-4 attempts for it to launch cleanly.
Over charge
I have when the over charge for extra withdrawals and when they an automatic payment goes thru and I don't have enough money in my account !
Used to be better
The last 2 months or so the app just closes out on its own once I log in. It does that many times until eventually it stays open. It’s very frustrating.
Glitchy
The app is constantly glitching or foreclosing when I try to log in. Doesn’t matter the device…it’s either foreclosing or just a black green screen.
App continually fails to open appropriately
App used to work well for what it allows you to do. But recently anytime I open the app and use Face ID to unlock it closes out. I have to re-open numerous times in order for it to open successfully
