Slow, slower
I have noticed that the selection of a menu choice is very, very slow response or freeze the iOS app.
Employees cannot handle simple tasks
If you update your payment method in anyway, they will not do it correctly and they will bury you in fees that they expect you to pay for their negligence. Instead of giving me my money back, they moved it to some random account and have been holding my money hostage for over a week still waiting on it to be returned. I’m absolutely shocked I wasn’t billed a fee just to reach out to their customer service line for them to do absolutely nothing still. This company is not worth a headache. Just don’t waste your time.
