Automatic Subscription

I downloaded this app because I have PTSD and was wondering how well it would work. I went to check out the settings and it had me automatically set up for a subscription already. I never got a prompt asking for permission. And it’s not showing up as a subscription under my Apple ID. How am I supposed to cancel this?
