It’s fun, but…
I’ve been playing this game for quite some time and I’m at level 3670 or so. I’m one of the players who can’t afford to or doesn’t want to pay to play. I’m sure they make plenty of money off of me from the ad revenue. Need more time? Watch an ad. Completed a level? Watch an ad. Want rewards for completing that level? Watch an ad. Oh, you want to play the next level? You guessed it… watch an ad. I actually timed it for about an hour and I spent 41 minutes watching ads.
But none of that is why I just removed the game from my phone. I’ve been trying to complete the Christmas event where you had to collect something like 140 cards. The first few days, of course, I got lots of cards. The next week or so, I still got a few cards. But by the last week of the event, I pretty much never got new cards. Seems you had to pay to buy the card packs if you really wanted to complete the set and get the bonuses. Well, I played a couple of hours ago and it said there was 1 day and a handful of hours to complete ALL the Christmas stuff but when I logged back in shortly after midnight, they had ended the Christmas specials/events/challenges. Not the first time they’ve ended something a day or so early, but for me it’s the last.
There are plenty of other games out there that seem to be satisfied with getting the revenue for the ads and that let you complete holiday or special events/challenges.

Costs now to avoid ads
After playing this game for quite some time now and enjoying every minute… I see today that an ad plays after every single game - and to avoid this you need to pay !!! Such a shame that as of right now, I will no longer be playing this game 😩

I paid $6.99 for no ads and absolutely no difference. Ads all the time. Deleting. Waste of money.

I’ve been enjoying this game for a long time but I can no longer watch a video to continue. What happens when I have no points left to continue the game. Not as much fun!
To many adverts
Have enjoyed playing this for a few months with the odd advert but since today an advert after every game win of loose sorry I am about to delete it
New update has ruined the game
The game updated (Nov 24) and it’s become very stressful to play. You need lots of coins to get through and does not encourage new players. The team I am in are all upset and feel the same. Why have you changed what was an enjoyable challenging game to something so full of anxiety. Not sure how long I can cope with this! Come on revert the changes please.

Why remove Watch ad option?!!?
I love this game but but why did you remove the option of watching ads if goals aren't all met?
Too many ads!!!
The game itself is fun. Engaging and challenging yet simple enough so you can fairly easily earn rewards. BUT the ads completely ruin this game. Ads to play on, ads to continue, ads after you win each game! On top of that their ads are very long and take between 1-2 minutes to get through. You sometimes have to click up to four different screens to finish them. I can’t take it anymore which is a shame because, as I said, the game is pretty good. Delete!!! EDIT: The developer’s response was that ads can be skipped “within a few seconds”. This simply isn’t so. They also responded that there are “several options” for removing ads in the store. Of course: for more money. No game should have ads to watch just to play on. Ads for rewards are one thing; ads for finishing each game? A big no.

Addictive
Very addictive, can play for hours. The ads can be very irritating however it’s worth it to get a game that u can keep playing without being bored.
Fun game…..it’s my go to game
I have played this game for a long time and I love it. When I want to just take a minute for getting away this is where I come. In the beginning I gave it (4) Stars. It was Great!! Played a game and were able to communicate back and forth with other Team Mates. There is an issue though that I wish the developer would take care of. It is the Message Center - where you go to leave messages for other Team Mates or you can make a request for Lives. 8 times out of 10 that part of the game you Can Not Count On to work properly which is Disappointing. Would Someone any One please address the Messaging Part of this Game…..PLEASE

One of the few games I’ve found where you don’t have to pay money to continue the game. Absolutely first rate. The game itself is fun, can be difficult but you’re always given the option to watch an ad to move on if you get stuck.

Pretty good
I’ve played for a while now, so I’ve found it engaging, and I like decorating the rooms. Everyone complains about ads, and I agree that they’re intrusive and annoying - and here they’re part of the gameplay when you inevitably run out of time or space during a round. But what has become even more wearying is the amount of screen activity between rounds - so much going on with counting points, accumulating rewards, playing side challenges, having to select multiple times to continue. I’m ready to play, but I have to wait for all that to cycle through - too much pointless stimulation and forced interaction. Eventually it and the awful ads will lead me to abandon the game. But pretty fun and nice graphics meanwhile.

I like the thoughtful sayings when opening. But yes the rooms need brighter colour choices, would make decorating a lot more fun. Thanks cause it feels like joy!

I play several match games and this one is definitely the best! It is challenging, but the images are large, colorful & interesting. Each level brings new images mixed with the ones already used, which adds some fun to the game. Some levels take me multiple times to solve, but that is part of the fun. If you’re anxious to keep playing when you’ve reached your life limit, you can add lives with points earned by winning levels. I enjoy the extra element of adding color & decorating the rooms along the way. Just a little diversion that also adds to the fun & gives you some points. I found that using a stylus helps with tapping on the desired characters. & while there are offers of in game purchases, there are NO ADS! Really! No ads! I highly recommend this game. It is my current go to game. I love it.
Update. I don’t know what happened but now there are ads. Not a lot & you can delete after a bit, but they appear after every attempt. Of course, you can pay to stop them. I guess it really was too good to be true. Not as much fun now.

*DON’T PAY TO REMOVE ADS!!*
I rarely pay to have ads removed, but since I really enjoyed this game, I thought it would be worth it. I was WRONG! The dynamic of the game changed immediately upon my purchase and I am no longer able to extend my game if I run out of time by watching an ad. The only option becomes to either pay with points or fail the level.
I reached out within 15 minutes of my purchase, asking for a refund and to return the game back to the way it was. I received a nonsensical “glad to be of service” reply that did not at all address my issue. I actually paid $5 & it actually ruined the game for me. Bummer.
Save yourself the aggravation and do not pay the extra money to remove ads. I’m guessing the only remedy now is to delete the app and then download it again, virtually starting over and losing my money in the process.

Fun and Addicting
Other then the usual pop up annoying screens, my suggestion is to improve the colour pallette for the rooms one gets to decorate. Most of my rooms are hideous.
After getting past Level 1,000 I deleted the game as it took more and more rewards to decorate rooms. I reached the point where it stopped being rewarding or fun anymore.
