Hi Nick, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for anyone reading. Joy+ has been active for 4+ years across both the Apple App Store and Google Play, which is why our user base is larger than the current Apple download count reflects. Our 10k+ users represent the combined activity across platforms over 4+ years. We can confirm you were never signed up as a Verified Coach, and not every Coach responded to your outreach. Many coaches focus on positive, constructive exchanges and are successfully engaging with clients on Joy+. Joy+ is not a scam — our mission is to create a supportive space for gratitude, goal-setting, and meaningful Coaching connections.
