You receive notifications as the job request is submitted and all the way through the process as completed (e.g., submitted, assigned, enroute, in-progress, and completed). This made an urgent pool cleaning so easy. You can also set up recurring service with a technician of your choice. I can’t wait till this expands beyond pool services!
