Nice app but too invasive
I love seeing what’s going on, but have slowly come to realize, using apples privacy report, how many apps violate rules. I have removed a bunch using AI and the privacy report weekly. I have Joycraft set to only be able to add to my calendar- there is no reason to have it have access to my whole calendar that is why Apple created the choice add to calendar only Joycraft still won’t add an event to my calendar unless access to my whole calendar is provided. Will manually add until this is fixed.

Very useful
I love Joyraft and use it frequently. I’ve also shared it with other people.
Useful and easy to navigate
Enjoy toggling around on the apps and being able to save/itemize things to do. Wish you could filter to not receive posts about alcohol though. If you don’t pick “drinks” as something you’re interested in then you shouldn’t get notifications about them. Otherwise great!
Great but key glitch
Very helpful, easy to use, and good listings, but the when button. I longer seems to function.

I can’t sign back into my account since updating the app and I cant just sign in. It only walks me through creating a new account
Make filtering easier and stop letting businesses just post themselves
Can you please do something about restaurants on here? I’m sick of looking for EVENTS but a restaurant puts “$1 oysters every day 1-3!!” Or just a posting about their restaurant—I can find that on Yelp. It clogs up events I’m actually looking for. Maybe a different section can be made for happy hours/food deals? Or a “recurring events” category for trivia/weekly meetups. There’s not enough ways to filter stuff!

App crashes on opening
I just updated the app but it crashes the moment I try to open it!
App won’t open
I used to love this app, but it crashes immediately on my iphone 13. I deleted and redownloaded the app, but it still will not open.
Useful
Great app but I just wish there was a way to filter out what are basically restaurants advertisements. Adds a lot of noise and makes it really difficult to see what events are actually happening nearby.

This app stopped on the What do you enjoy? page and it won’t move forward. Is there a limit to how many categories you can chose?

I always find something fun to do on JoyRaft. I used to spend so much time looking for the right activity. Now I just go and enjoy my free time. Also, easy to use.

Love that this app was created to showcase events happening in Boston. As someone who goes to Boston quite often, I appreciate it!

No easy way to add to a calendar
The app insists that everything goes through it; at least on iPhone there is no easy way to add an event to the calendar. Uninstalled so that I can use the website that otherwise insists on using the app
