Poor experience
App moderators silently delete messages (and you get zero notifications when this happens). Notifications also don’t work half the time, so super easy to miss DMs. Had to leave the app with another person because messages between us were silently deleted by a moderator. Just use text, not worth having building management randomly silence you, with not notifications.

Awesome place to live. It’s close to every good shopping center; some are in walking distance. The luxury living at a good cost. I love it here at the Stead.

Very helpful guide with info and upcoming events. Great way to communicate with other residents.
Good App When Used
I think this is a good app and that it has a lot of potential to build community and facilitate communication between neighbors. The challenge is getting everyone to use it in a positive way. But overall for our apartment it has been a good app.
