Good App When Used
I think this is a good app and that it has a lot of potential to build community and facilitate communication between neighbors. The challenge is getting everyone to use it in a positive way. But overall for our apartment it has been a good app.

When I see the little red dot on this app I know to check to see what’s going on. It’s great as we all get busy and tend to forget upcoming events. And it’s a good way to keep up with who’s who in neighborhood and meeting new neighbors.

My experience living at the Caswell at Runnymeade Farms has been everything and more than what I expected for living at a luxury “resort” community. We visited many before finding our residence. We enjoy the monthly events the atmosphere and we feel so blessed 🙏🏻to have met such wonderful new friends and want to acknowledge the management as well. 👏🏼

Great app for living!
I use Cobu at The Urby and it’s a great app that all 600 residents can use and keep in touch, list items on the marketplace, or participate in different groups like biking, sports, etc!
Deleting old messages is a problem
Can’t figure out how to delete old adds & posts and the site is cluttered with them.

It’s amazing to have Cobu connect the people in our community so easily with our events and our needs and our wants.

Your buiding uses this app to spy on what you're saying. It's a huge invasion of privacy. I hope this app goes bankrupt.

Good, but bad for safety
I LOVE THE COMMUNITY TABS…. The event is easy to follow. Market place is super convenient. Overall it’s great to communicate with neighbors. However, the app will not allow you to post about breaking a, theft, or violence that would alert neighbors to be safe or on guard .

I’m proud to say six points. Bloomfield is my home !!!office staff is top-notch compassionate very attentive. The building always smells good. The studio layout is amazing. This building has really thick walls so you won’t hear your neighbors. I love the amenities. This is a real luxury building. Total bonus the New Jersey transit is right down the block also tons of restaurants coffee shops nail salons etc short drive
