Log in issue
Says user name and password is wrong on the app however I can log in from a desktop computer just fine. Seems like an app issue.. been over a year still no fix
Scam App?
Did someone make this app to steal usernames and passwords? That’s exactly what it seems like as everyone has the same issue and the dev has zero response.

You can’t log in
It doesn’t log in it keeps telling you wrong ID and Password. So it’s useless.
Can’t login
Looks like people have been complaining about this for over a year since every single review has the same comment. If you can’t log in, what’s the point? If you don’t care, just remove the app from the App Store.
I agree - the app is useless
I always have problems logging in to the browser website and it appears that the same problems transfer to the app as well. Ridiculous. Be better.

Says my user name and password are wrong. But they aren’t… kinda worthless. But would have been great to have this as a mobile app.

The app is so bad I have changed my password over 10 time and still ain’t getting access. This is frustrating and it need the be worked on. With the name behind this app, I wouldn’t never imagine kind of error been on it.

Won’t accept log in credentials, and JPMorgan support says it’s not ready for release yet. Well then why is it in the App Store? Crickets…
Can’t login
App is worthless if you can’t login. Change password on the app. App tells me it’s wrong. Then I login with new info online no problem. Should probably get that fixed…….
Doesn’t work
I have a JP Morgan travel card with my company and log into that account from my computer on a regular basis. I am unable to log in from this app. I always get an alert saying that my username or password is incorrect.
Unable to Login
I know my log in credentials are correct, I just logged in on the website without issue. Removing the app.

Worthless App
Don’t waste your time. This app will not accept login credentials. Customer support says the app isn’t released yet. What a waste of time!
This App is useless
I have tried logging on multiple times over the course of a few weeks now and it just keeps telling me that my user id or password are wrong. I know that isn’t the case because I can log in online no problem.
Hopefully they get this issue fixed because it would be very useful , but until then just going to uninstall it.

Enablement Required
Works great!!! Make sure your company is enabled for the Mobile App, otherwise your login won’t work!
