NO SUPPORT APP USELESS
Can’t get in contact with support, there’s no phone number, and they don’t respond to support submissions. Paid for a parking pass and can’t use it. No help. Waste of money.
Appalling
The UI is terrible, it’s impossible to navigate, impossible to use and totally rubbish. If you manage to work out how to subscribe the gate does manage to open when you drive in and out. That is the only good thing about the app. Finally it took £50 from my bank and I still only have £6 credit. Is it possible to get help? Certainly not!

I’ve tried for about 20 mins to try and work out what this app does and doesn’t do….Im totally stumped !! How do I book a car park ? What is a “subscription” ? What have I paid 20p for ? How do I pay for a parking session ? What is the point of this app ??? Or is it me !?
No customer service
Booked parking for one date when forwarding to the payment the booking date was changed and there is no way to contact anyone to help correct the situation.

Any council utilising J Pass for their parking app needs to give their head a wobble! Utterly useless app, legitimately the worst app I’ve ever used and not just the worst PARKING app I’ve ever used. Every person I work with that uses it says the same, it’s basically unusable, you can try and top up 50 times (no hyperbole) and it will. not. go. through.

Awful
Cannot make payments, if you’re lucky and a payment goes through, you cannot get a receipt. To say the app is temperamental, is an understatement. Such a shame the functionality wasn’t better before it was rolled out by our local council, as the thought behind it is good.
Can’t even see prepaid balance
With the latest updates it’s not even possible to see the balance on a pre-paid subscription. Auto recharge doesn’t work. History doesn’t work. Notifications don’t work. Garbage app. Y

I give Zero stars. I paid for $19 5 day pass. IT has not worked past the 1st day. I e had to pay regular day fee if I want to exit the garage.

At my university this had been a disaster. It seldom gets cars with passes through the gate. This is so bad, we often have the gate left up!
Garbage App, interface doesn’t work!
As the title says, App interface to scan ticket and prepay or credit in and out access doesn’t work. Classic Bait and Switch as the lot advertises $6 max fee for singular visit, or $10 24hr in and out rate.
In and out can only be accessed via app, but app will not allow import of ticket or to book new rate / visit at in and out rate.

No fit for purpose
Utterly useless in every way. Doesn’t work, can’t find the car park, can’t set up, can’t pay. Utterly hateful. Would give it minus stars if possible.
The worst app I have ever used
The stress of downloading, signing up and using this app was a very stressful experience. It is not easy to navigate, you’ll be clicking and clicking to move to next stage and nothing happens. I will actually stop using a particular local car park if this is the only way to pay. Do companies not access this themselves to check for effectiveness!
