JPG Attendance

JPG Attendance helps authorized John Paul the Great Academy faculty record class attendance from their iPhone. Sign in with your school Google account to find the classes you teach, including primary and secondary teaching assignments. Swipe across classes, choose a school-day date, and mark students absent or tardy. Confirm the remaining students are present before recording attendance. • Move quickly between classes with a horizontally scrolling class list. • View student photos and names cached on your device for six months. • Sort your roster by last name or bring absent and tardy students to the top. • Swipe a student to add an attendance comment. • Review past attendance with a clear date warning. • Record changes to the school’s FACTS student information system. An authorized school account and internet connection are required for live attendance. Access is limited to your assigned classes. This app is intended for faculty, not student or parent use.
