Not sure who’s idea this is, it’s very clear that not everyone has a phone especially the elderly. Could’ve use a simple numbering machine
waste my storage, stupid system
unnecessary apps, why make another apps, just use one apps for all. then turn on notification.. but when my number got called, it didn’t notify me then the officer just called once. then go to another number. when I go to counter, the officer said need to take another number which is in another 15 minutes and behind all other people q. basically start again, sit and be stupid again. we have another things to do .. conclusion! stupid apps

Why do we need extra app just for queueing? Can’t they incorporate into myJPJ? Furthermore, many can still cut the queue!!!

Have to download this app and not using same app with their License App… why need to download more government apps and it looked basic.
Scan doesn’t function
Need to scan for number. When scan for number it makes a sound that it is scanned but return to home page and nothing came out.

Poor performance and unreliable GPS functionality
The app is not functional as expected. The location cannot be detected, even after waiting for more than half an hour. This makes it impractical and a waste of government funds. How was this app approved for release when its performance is so poor? The GPS location for the branch cannot be detected and the app lags significantly

One could wonder why Google Ad could show up at the bottom screen of the app? And this is an app developed by the Government of Malaysia.
