서버오류

서버와의 통신이 원활하지 않다고 계속 떠서 pc로 사이트 접속하였는데 no healthy upstream 이라고만 뜨고 못하고있어요

에러 수정 부탁드려요

년마다 사용자 이름이 바뀌면 로그인을 다시하라는 창이 계속 뜨는데 앞으로 가지지도 뒤로 가지지도 않아 결국 어플을 삭제하고 다시 깔아야하는 경우가 있습니다. 에러 수정 부탁드려요.
