Bug issues
Love this app as a sitter, however for the last 4 months or so the app has been crashing and not letting me apply or see available jobs.
Please fix this because otherwise I love this app!

Best side gig for college students
Hiya!!! I absolutely love Juggle and have been a sitter through the app for 5 years. I have loved my experiences as a sitter and have met some pretty great families through my connections of using the app.
The founders and their support team are phenomenal with customer service on both ends (parents and sitter).
The only issue that I have is that the app is super buggy. Items donāt get added to my calendar properly (times are incorrect). The app sometimes just doesnāt open or like the past 2 days now, it opens with a blank screen :/. I never receive message notifications, I just have a habit of checking the app at least once every 2 days due to the frequency of my sits. I am very hesitant to recommend this service to other sitters simply because of the technical problems of the app. I hope that this comment reaches the team and can hopefully help influence some decisions on app upgrades.

App constantly has service errors
This app will constantly not work and go blank not allowing me to use the app. Iāve tried uninstalling the app and it still wonāt work and let me log in saying service error. Not very reliable if you need work or finding a sitter

We use it often, weāve had great babysitters and love the flexibility to book when we need !

I like Juggle in general but the app itself is terrible. Very low tech and frustrating to navigate. Needs a lot of improvements.

Overall the concept of the app is great and itās an easy way to connect with new families looking for babysitting in the area. A lot of the families are really great and easy going however I did get a family that was quite the opposite and it almost ruined the whole experience for me. I also donāt like the fact that you canāt see the ratings and reviews families give you after a job. It just seems a bit unprofessional in my personal opinion but other than that my experience was decent.

Seems cool, butā¦
The app seems cool and well made, but my service area isnāt an option. Thereās only like 15 service areas popping up for me which is super strange.

No available sitters
Does not seem like this app is really active anymore. None of the sitters in my area are listed as available and all their accounts are from years ago. My job sponsors our accounts on this app but itās clear they didnāt do a whole lot of research on it.
No responses.
We reached out to approximately 20 sitters that said they were available on a particular night that we needed help. We received 2 responses - 1 person was moving out of state and another said they were out of town (even though that weekend was listed as available). Not sure if the app is bad or if its something else. Either way, I highly discourage parents from using this platform for childcare.

Never Got Access
I paid for a background check and never got acceptance into the app, even though there is nothing on my background. I have been a profession child care teacher for over 8 years. I emailed support multiple times throughout the course of a few months only to receive no reply. This app seems like a scam.

Lack of transparency in pricing
I really wish juggle was more transparent in their pricing. The hourly fee they advertise includes a $2 per hour up charge that does not go to the sitter, but directly to juggle. So a parent may think theyāre paying the sitter $16 per hour, when theyāre really getting $14. Thereās no reason for juggle to make more money for an 8hr sit versus a 4hr sit. It should just be a flat fee per booking (which they already doā¦)
They do note that the $2 per hour charge goes to ātransaction fees, operations, software development, and supportā which again, doesnāt make sense why thatās more money for a longer job vs a shorter one, and I only found this notated on the FAQ page. Itās not mentioned on the page listing rates for various locations.

Awesome app!
Juggle is great! Would recommend to every babysitter! Only complaint is the app itself because it always has a lot of glitches and is super slow all the time
Outdated App That Doesnāt Function
I find Bambino to be much more comprehensive, easier to use, and provides parents and caregivers with more options.
If one cannot even manage to set up a profile because of app glitches that have occurred over several weeks, this is an issue.

Newest app version is super buggy
Really slow to respond. Sitter said they had confirmed but wasnāt confirmed on my end and then they no showed.
Love the app but can always improve!
I absolutely love being a sitter on this app. It is one of the only babysitting apps that I feel I can trust nowadays with the different features built in. The only thing is that as a Columbus sitter there is a lot of area to cover. It would be amazing if I could set how far I want my sits to be from me to help filter them a bit. I keep getting ones that are up to 25 or 30 miles away, which is a bit much as a college student.

Great service, horrible app
I have filled out the details twice now on my app and when I click save it deletes and I have to start over! The UI is very poor and small update could easily resolve a lot of issues with this app. Hope to see some improvement soon!
Not working.
I submitted an application and still havenāt heard anything back. It has been a few months and Iām still waiting.

I donāt have any problems with the people, the app just is terrible. The update glitches all the time! Itās a lot more difficult to navigate and families have said the same thing. I donāt get notifications from when the family closes out the job. Have had so many technical difficulties confirming hours and have reached out to support multiple times. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks Iāve had problems with the app. The only solution is to delete and redownload the app but it doesnāt fix the long term problem.

Covid
Since so many schools are hybrid or virtual now, thatās all the listings are for. If Iām lucky, Iāll find 3 listings a month for actual babysitting. They basically want to pay you $11 to be their childās teacher. Iāll pass on that.
