Useless. Can’t log in.
“App is still under construction” - months later. And no matter how many times I successfully reset my password, it won’t let me login. It just gives me an error about the format of my password. And yes, I tried creating a new account but it says an account already exists. What’s the point of a new loyalty program if you kill all customer loyalty?

I’ve made purchases and the points on purchases and special offers are not entered in my account.
JUGO JUICE A SCAM
Stupid how I constantly purchased from Jugo Juice City Centre in Vancouver, which my account doesn't get credited with points from my purchases. Whenever I present my points account or card, the cashiers tells me that points are only added after payment, which is kind of weird because shouldn't points be added during a transaction. Not after a purchase payment. I still don't have points.

Reset my password 5 times under their requirements: at least 8 characters, 1 upper, 1 lower, 1 number. After confirmation in their website my password has been reset, i try to login and the app won’t log me in. “Our app is still under construction” when the app is cold started. How did this make it past Apple’s review and into the app store?

Will not update and will not sign me in with my account
The app continues to ask me to update and when I do it still will not sign me in and says error unauthorized. Some bug fixes need to be made before this app is useable. I have the latest iPhone so that’s not the reason either.
