Won’t connect
I have tried at least a dozen times to connect. What a waste of time.
Does not work
The app will not load either the QR code or the serial number. Totally worthless and a waste of time.
Complete garbage
As others have noted, won’t maintain a Wi-Fi connection long enough to configure the app. Completely worthless.

With a 1.6 star rating, it should tell the developers something.
The app is poorly designed, the JuiceBox chargers are poorly designed and while the customer service reps are professional and polite, the company does not properly support them.
People that use load sharing are left in the dark, they have been promising an update for load sharing for months. As it stands right now, we cannot plug both vehicles in at the same time without tripping the circuit breaker.
I purchased this product as my circuit panel is full, the company states it provides load sharing but it does not work and they won’t provide a full refund, nor will they allow me to talk with a manager.

Horrible App
Had the EV Juicenet App with my JuiceBox40
Everything worked just fine
Tried to use it today and was forced to migrate to XWay
I lost all data and vehicules that i had in The original App
Also, cannot add phone number as text message to activate my phone number in the new app never gets received
How can a company like Enel deploy an app that does not work!!

Juice box is the worst
I have lost connection, and tried multiple times to connect, customer service is terrible, they take weeks to respond if over- don’t buy this garbage
Not useable
The old app worked great. The new two-app system is terrible overall, not least because the config app doesn’t work! App crashes every time it’s supposed to connect to the charger. With these apps, the juice box chargers are turned into dumb chargers since you can neither access nor customize your charger. Get a simple charger and use your car settings to schedule charging. Hopefully this app gets fixed, but difficult to recommend it or by extension the chargers.

App update broke charger
Somehow the app managed to break my charger, the program is horrible and it’s ridiculous it needs two apps to setup one charger

Can’t get to configure. Sorry I bought a juicebox! I don’t know how cat and driver could have claimed juicebox s the best charger. Guess they didn’t try to set up time charging.

It connects and then drops over and over again. The system is terrible.
Can’t configure new charger at all
Tried numerous power cycles to keep trying to set it up but nothing works.
One of the worst apps EVER
Configuration app stinks. Can’t hold the pairing Wi-Fi long enough to connect to network Wi-Fi and if your lucky enough to get a scan. I resorted to photo snapping the sn #. When I did get to have it hold on to configure, a half dozen times, it kept having me re-enter the network password. This only prompted another failure to connect. I had troubles with this same issue a number times over the last four years. You would think they might have fix the glitches by now. The other app works fine but not if the configuration app doesn’t. So I am use none of them and just plugging in to charge my car, sans the apps. The car gives me better charging info anyway. I removed the apps but will reinstall just in case… they improve the apps. Like having them both on the same app? Otherwise the box works fine. Good luck on improving your apps. I rooting for you.

Reduced charge
You have a separate app for configuring and setting the max charge rate but it’s not behind password protection making it impossible for an electrician to install to code.
Never connect
This company is supposedly tech company and provides EV chargers. Their app is worse than 10 year old making in app class! Very disappointed with my purchase.
Horrible Experience
This app is so terrible I would avoid buying a JuiceBox EVSE. Since EV juice net was depreciated I could not get the app to work. Follow the instructions, never loads my device, confusing. No thought given to user experience.
Can’t connect
There’s no indication of how to check whether my JuiceBox has Bluetooth support.
I can connect to the JuiceBox-NNN WiFi network, select my home WiFi network, and enter the password, but it fails to connect repeatedly the JuiceBox to my home network. The spinning X just spins forever. I’ve tried to connect the JuiceBox more than ten times now using this app.
I’ve also tried using the JuicePass app, but it doesn’t have the iOS entitlement that would allow it to scan my local network, so it constantly fails.
