Excellent service from Shawn! Great way to ride and enjoy the shoreline ride in San Diego!
All bikes broken or hard and uncomfortable
Wow, this was a total waste of time. There were about a dozen bikes in the rack. Every single, one of them failed to release or was unavailable or, even more annoyingly, give an error that things that don’t work at this time and then pause leaving you stuck with the bike, unable to log out of the bike to either finish the unused ride or get another bike. The last bike finally did unlock, but the seat only stayed up until you actually sat on it after which it slammed down was too loose to put back up. The ride itself was like riding on rocks and totally uncomfortable, and my backside hurt after even 15 minutes on a bike path. Avoid avoid

took my money, couldn't unlock any bikes
came upon these e-bikes at Gaylord Chula vista CA and dowloaded this app after scanning the QR code on the bike. The app took my money but says "looks like this code is wrong" for all the bikes, couldn't unlock any bike. Emailed support and they blew me off, don't waste your $/time with this

Bike worked fine. Seat not able to be adjusted. App does not reliably unlock bike.

San Diego South Bay South Bay area bikepath is amazing and this was just wonderful ride
