Don’t do it!
I’ve rented bikes in dozens of cities and foreign countries - these were the worst bikes ever. First hour free and I felt ripped off! Squared ancient tires, rusted chain and gears did not work. Shame!!
My hotel (NoBu on Miami Beach) should not be doing business with these guys. Competing bike rentals zipped by me effortlessly.

Horrible
So far I’ve had 1 e-bike die on me and and I had to Uber with it back. Now the battery died after a 2.5 hour ride with lots of stops. 1 brake is totally fried. Don’t waste your money
E-bike experience
Loved it! The app was very easy to maneuver. I went out for breakfast and was able to park right in front of the restaurant beside me. After that, I took it back to the hotel and ended the rental with no issues. I definitely recommend trying it out—you can use the bike lanes around the city, which makes it even better for bikers.
