I’ve rented bikes in dozens of cities and foreign countries - these were the worst bikes ever. First hour free and I felt ripped off! Squared ancient tires, rusted chain and gears did not work. Shame!!
My hotel (NoBu on Miami Beach) should not be doing business with these guys. Competing bike rentals zipped by me effortlessly.

Horrible
So far I’ve had 1 e-bike die on me and and I had to Uber with it back. Now the battery died after a 2.5 hour ride with lots of stops. 1 brake is totally fried. Don’t waste your money
E-bike experience
Loved it! The app was very easy to maneuver. I went out for breakfast and was able to park right in front of the restaurant beside me. After that, I took it back to the hotel and ended the rental with no issues. I definitely recommend trying it out—you can use the bike lanes around the city, which makes it even better for bikers.

Worked well
I could see the price, add a coupon from the hotel for a free hour, and rent the bike. Bonus points because I saw a technician who maintains them all, and the tires were nice and firm.

I had difficulties using the promo code from the hotel I am staying, b/c it forced me to add a credit card. Then, I realized that it charges your card as a backup and then refund it later

Problems with app, unable to process order after scanning bike
So bummed…
Was so stoked to ride bikes after a long day of driving… spent 40 min trying to get them to work, all bikes out of service. Few days later, new location, promo codes unable to be entered and no one answered the support so we gave up and walked instead. (Got a text after we had left) The app, system and customer service needs help. I hope they figure it out!

Such a scammer app, charges me 100 for one ride. Don't use it.
pricing is misleading
The kiosk said $20/hr. I guess it was not clear to me that a 1h10m would cost $40. Plus tax. My bad, but some indication in the app would have been helpful.

Trilith Guesthouse, promo codes don’t work, camera is unable to work properly, and location is off by a lot.
