Each piece is hand-refined by professional artists and full-color 3D printed, so there's real craftsmanship in every figure. We get it. You ordered several models trusting the specs, and none of them hit the mark. That's not the experience we want for someone giving us a shot for the first time. Every figure goes from your idea to a real, full-color custom piece, and the details should reflect what you saw on screen. Would not install after downloading

Great customizing app

Update: you can now remove models from your gallery. Go to My > Gallery, long-press any figure to delete it, so you control exactly what stays visible. On the other suggestions, we hear you and they're helping shape what comes next. Thanks for the thoughtful feedback and for supporting JuJuBit!

They start out well, but service took a nosedive fast
UPDATE in response to developers comments: They eventually responded and told me I was wrong. I also already had an arm break on one of the minis. I take very good care of them and these appear to be very brittle and fragile. I reached out and the agent started to respond only to cut off communication when I asked for a clear resolution to the broken mini. Reaching out to support will not be beneficial as I have already done so and it has gotten me nowhere.
UPDATE (after second developer comment): I did reach out about the broken mini. They acted like they were going to replace it and then decided not to, but for $8 per mini they said I can buy the OBJ files. That seems awfully steep until the alternative is to pay $30 per mini for them to print another and have them break again. Bad communication, false promises, and platitudes that are for saving face only. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Hi Knowtruth832, we're sorry your minis arrived with issues and that a repair conversation stalled without a clear resolution. A broken arm on a piece you cared for shouldn't happen, and being told to buy the OBJ file instead of getting help isn't the outcome we want for you. Please email support@jujubit.ai with your order details and photos of the break, and we will personally review this and follow up with a real resolution, not a scripted response. We know trust has to be earned back here, and we would like the chance to do that.
Minor improvement
First and foremost, I strongly recommend adding password protection for security reasons, including Face ID integration. Given the sensitive nature of the content managed within this app, biometric or passcode authentication is essential if someone had managed to get a hold of your bank and account details as a whole. This layer of security would provide much-needed peace of mind for all users.
Secondly, the design workflow would benefit greatly from an add or delete function on your designs if you’re not happy with the outcome as a whole. Currently, the inability to easily remove or modify individual elements after creation can be frustrating and limits creative flexibility. A straightforward edit or delete option would make the design process far more intuitive and forgiving.
Lastly, please add a function that allows you to add and customize your profile picture other than the ones the app gives you from the start. Personalization is key to user engagement, and allowing custom uploads would help users feel more connected to their profiles and the community.
If you could implement these improvements, then I myself, including many others, would be more than happy with this app as a whole. The foundation is already strong, and addressing these points would make Juju Bit a truly top-tier iOS application as a whole

Works OK AI to over change too much for small prompts

Hi there, thank you for the 4 stars and for the detailed feedback. You're right that small prompts for specific changes shouldn't completely overhaul the entire model. We'll seriously consider adding a retry button and a feedback loop for the AI. Thanks for helping us improve.
