You're absolutely right that being able to manage your conversation history matters, especially when your OC characters and original designs are involved. We hear you on the templates idea too. On pricing, each piece is hand-finished by our artist team using full-color 3D printing, and as an early-stage product we run promotions regularly. Keep an eye out for those. They start out well, but service took a nosedive fast
UPDATE in response to developers comments: They eventually responded and told me I was wrong. I also already had an arm break on one of the minis. I take very good care of them and these appear to be very brittle and fragile. I reached out and the agent started to respond only to cut off communication when I asked for a clear resolution to the broken mini. Reaching out to support will not be beneficial as I have already done so and it has gotten me nowhere.
UPDATE (after second developer comment): I did reach out about the broken mini. They acted like they were going to replace it and then decided not to, but for $8 per mini they said I can buy the OBJ files. That seems awfully steep until the alternative is to pay $30 per mini for them to print another and have them break again. Bad communication, false promises, and platitudes that are for saving face only. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Works OK AI to over change too much for small prompts
