Game crashes while downloading resources on iPad (9th generation)
I really wanted to play this game. I use an iPad (9th generation), and the game runs smoothly until it starts downloading additional resources. At that point, it crashes to the Home Screen every time. I have over 13 GB of free storage, so storage is not the issue. I hope the developers can fix this bug because I really love Jujutsu Kaisen. Thank you, and I hope this issue can be fixed soon.

I lost my account with all my purchases not happy

I was logging back in because it logged me out I put in my number to send code and it says sever error it’s been like this for weeks please fix it

I downloaded the game wanting to play instead a have to go through this annoying thing number 1 why the hell can’t you create a guest account I want to play the game not spend hours thinking of how to play the game also why why WHY add the ability to make a guest accounts IMMEDIATELY

Poorly Optimized
Even with all the settings at their lowest it still crashes in less then five minutes. Waste of time to download because only the best phones could possibly run this sorry excuse of a mobile game. If your phone had to be less than three years old to run a game the company responsible should go out of business

it kicks me out the game
every like 1.5 minutes or so it kicks me out the app i’ve tried updating it , redownloading it and it still does it for some reason

Well I was playing it on the train with full wifi and it still doesn’t work it getting really annoying and awkward sometimes and when I play somthing it takes about two or more minutes to load and it says check your connection with full wifi
Any chance if the developer will, see this and replace wifi thing and think if the wifi is actually good enough
Overall I think it’s a alr game but just fix the wifi it good for a exciting high quality, good graphics , and a high review game.

Very good but
I love the game a lot I’ve played quite a bit and seeing the characters and fighting against some characters is very enjoyable BUT my game keeps crashing when I try open a menu or when I start a fight it doesn’t do it all the time but recently it’s been lot. I have turned my graphics down and all that but still keeps freezing and crashing.
But overall it’s a very fun game with its own original story just the one issue.

This game is really good but the thing this game needs to fix is the game crashing. Please fix this but love the game.

Game used to be great on mobile, when it first dropped. I’ve since switched to PC, but this is inconvenient for maintaining daily logins.
Currently, it feels like the devs have been lax in optimising the game for mobile players. The game constantly crashes, making it genuinely impossible to play. I log in, try to collect free cubes, and the game crashes before even loading the shop. I reopen the app, try to pull on a gacha, the game crashes before I can see the results.
It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this he on mobile several times. It has been crashing for months. I remember it crashing in January. We are in July. Not having a fix by now is frankly unacceptable. Please take this critical seriously– I love the game as is. I’m a huge jjk fan so the extra content is much appreciated. But this is a mobile game. You can’t put out a mobile game and allow it to continue being this buggy.

W DEVS FOR RESPONDING TO MOST OF THE BAD REIVEWS
Could be a lot better
The game mechanics and animation are awesome but for mobile device players the game tends to crash too frequently and there is no Co-OP modes, basically all the “oh this game is awesome” comments come from PC players, and all of The comments tending to say or show why the game has almost 3 stars in rating is because they don’t even try to help the mobile players Wich is the majority that are trying to play the game, sad really we cant even play the game

Crash
I really love the way this game is but every time I summon I get kicked out the game. Please make an option to skip summoning so it won’t crash. Besides that I do love the game

So I have a lot of characters I would like to test because I’ve played this game ever since it first came out but ever time I try to play something like the story or like roll the gachas it always crashes. If someone can help me please do I really want to play this game more.
