No English for the app. It would be on par with the Albert Hein app if it was able to be an option in the app.
Also, requiring people to do the work that used to be done by cashiers only benefits the company. It hurts employment, and requires customers to work. How about a discount for self checkout instead?

Opent erg langzaam
Opent veel te langzaam, heeft makkelijk 5-10 seconden nodig om te openen en dat is best wel irritant als je aan de kassa staat en alleen maar de barcode van je kaart wil scannen
Please add more languages
Please add more languages other than Dutch such as English or French. I know that the app is intended for the Dutch market, but it would be really helpful if there were more languages available.

ik gebruik een iphone se 2016 als mijn dagelijkse telefoon om mijn telefoongebruik te verminderen. een belangrijk app voor mij is dus jumbo als ik mijn boodschappen wil doen. ik ben heel erg blij dat de jumbo app nog steeds werkt hierop!
Jumbo customer support helped after all
I explained to them that the extra app is not available in the UK app store and they finally responded. The extra’s functionality is now incorporated in the normal Jumbo app which is available in different app stores! Thanks for letting me know.

Dat is zeker niet de bedoeling! We hebben na de laatste update inderdaad een probleem geconstateerd waarbij de app niet werkt voor telefoons met oudere ios versies. Ons development team heeft hard gewerkt aan een oplossing. In de komende dagen wordt er een nieuwe update uitgebracht waarmee te app weer te gebruiken is. Mochten er na het updaten van de app toch nog problemen zijn laat het dan vooral weten aan ons team met een mailtje naar: app@jumbo.com dan helpen je graag verder. - CH
Not intuitive, no English
The app is clunky, not intuitive, and has no way to switch to English. Also the rewards stuff requires a separate app. Not useful.

Poor communication
I got an extra’s pass in my local supermarket. It says I need to download the Extra’s app to link the card.
So, first I downloaded the Jumbo app, then tried to get the extra’s app - but ….. it is not available in my region!!!! The Jumbo app is, but Extras isn’t.
I’ll just go back to Albert Heijn - they let me use their loyalty program.
Now to delete all the Jumbo stuff.

English Not Available
On the app store it says that the app is in English or Dutch, but there is no way to change the language to English, so no way for me to use it.

Spijtig genoeg is de app nog niet up to date voor België, hopelijk komt daar snel verandering in.

However, try as I might, I found no way to change to English. I can’t imagine why they would assert they support English, yet allow only Dutch!
