Catastrophic
One order was enough for me; the customer service was disastrous over a simple issue.
Useless app and overpriced
I ordered through the app five times, and every single time I waited two hours for my food. Two orders were mixed up or items missing.
The order tracker doesn’t work, never shows real time update.
When contacted support for updates, AI bot could only give me a restaurant’s number to call myself. If you going to order services then at least provide value worth services and experience.
I placed order directly from restaurant, same order was cheaper, arrived before my initial order through app and I received updates of each stage of order and accurate live tracking of delivery driver.
Will never use this app again and would not recommend to anyone.
