Does not respect notification preferences
The app keeps pushing deals when I’ve explicitly turned off promotional notifications.
Difficult and frustrating
Can’t get in touch with customer service unless I place an order… but the issue is it won’t let me place an order with a coupon code. No problem, I just won’t order.
Zero customer service
The app is mostly fine, but when something goes wrong, there is absolutely zero customer services options available available. There is a useless chatbot, that cannot actually do anything. You’ll probably get a refund in a few days, but there is no timely updates the day of the order.
Perfection!
Whenever your home and just need something quick and easy and ready to order this app is here. The only criticism I have is that in some cases the order doesn’t come through and have to wait almost an hour before they realize the mistake
Charged for food I didn’t receive
My order came missing an item I paid extra for. I contacted support and they decided to keep the money and not refund me. Truly greedy behavior.
