Used to be convenient. Ruined by AI.
Completely hopeless service these days. Got worse and worse every year. Lost orders that get marked as delivered when the restaurant wasn’t even open. No option to update or resolve an order issue with the restaurant directly, leading to negative reviews when the restaurant could have otherwise fixed their mistake or inform about delays. Instead, you sometimes wait for hours wondering if the order was even received by anyone. Coupon codes often don’t work when you enter them and the AI assistant doesn’t even address the problem that you are experiencing while a human would understand the issue in less than 5 seconds. Another service ruined by AI. Time to roll back the clock, I can’t take it anymore. Just order directly from the restaurants that you like - it helps them as well.

Zero customer service , reliability, and accountability
Made an order for 70+ euro . The order never arrived but the driver put the status as delivered. There is absolutely no way to directly contact either the driver or the company to follow up

Comes in clutch, especially out here in Germany where there is not really any other options.
