Bad customer service
They didn’t bring my food and refused to refund! I’m going to remove this app!
Misleading delivery times, terrible service
I placed an order on a normal Tuesday night from a restaurant 15 minutes away. The system first showed eta 6:45. Ten minutes later it was 7:10. Ten later it was 7:20. I contacted costumer service through the app and they told me to wait patiently. That they couldn’t contact the restaurant but it will surely come. When the app showed 7:55 eta I decided to call the restaurant. They picked up immediately. The food had been ready since 6:40. It was cold and no one had picked it up.
The only thing they could offer was to cancel. Not even a sorry. They then emailed me a 10% discount for a next order. As if I would ever use this system again. An embarrassment of a system.

Reliable Service
Lieferando always offers a varied selection of restaurants and reliable service. Always good to use the app when needed!
Very Bad
Took over 2.5 hours for cold food. Absolutely unacceptable. Also missing items and blamed the vendor. Asked for refund, they said it’s too late. I will never use this company again. No consolation at all. Zero.
