Total fraud
I placed order, they got late to deliver. I dropped like 10 texts to their customer support & delivery boy that im not available at location anymore & thus cancel my order if they late. Instead of responding that time, they responded after marking order as delivered calling it my fault. Better choose uber eats over this scammy app

De ai chat is waardeloos
Weg met de ai slop. Zet er eens echte mensen op. Erg ontevreden met thuisbezorgd hierover
Catastrophic
One order was enough for me; the customer service was disastrous over a simple issue.
Useless app and overpriced
I ordered through the app five times, and every single time I waited two hours for my food. Two orders were mixed up or items missing.
The order tracker doesn’t work, never shows real time update.
When contacted support for updates, AI bot could only give me a restaurant’s number to call myself. If you going to order services then at least provide value worth services and experience.
I placed order directly from restaurant, same order was cheaper, arrived before my initial order through app and I received updates of each stage of order and accurate live tracking of delivery driver.
Will never use this app again and would not recommend to anyone.

Lekker eten! Heerlijk
Goeie restaurant
the honest truth
unprofessional
Does not respect notification preferences
The app keeps pushing deals when I’ve explicitly turned off promotional notifications.
Difficult and frustrating
Can’t get in touch with customer service unless I place an order… but the issue is it won’t let me place an order with a coupon code. No problem, I just won’t order.
Zero customer service
The app is mostly fine, but when something goes wrong, there is absolutely zero customer services options available available. There is a useless chatbot, that cannot actually do anything. You’ll probably get a refund in a few days, but there is no timely updates the day of the order.
Perfection!
Whenever your home and just need something quick and easy and ready to order this app is here. The only criticism I have is that in some cases the order doesn’t come through and have to wait almost an hour before they realize the mistake
Charged for food I didn’t receive
My order came missing an item I paid extra for. I contacted support and they decided to keep the money and not refund me. Truly greedy behavior.
Couriers are very bad
We have reached a year when the couriers don’t speak English, Dutch, French, or any other European language. They don’t know how the app works, so when something goes wrong the poor guy just doesn’t know what to do, returns the order to the restaurant, the restaurant owner panics and we both try to reach support only to get an incredibly stupid chatbot do nothing. The JustEats company has min maxed this business and it’s falling apart. I’m deleting this app after 15 years

Worst delivery service imaginable
They rely on AI and it’s impossible to get any help. They refer every issue to the restaurant and the restaurants’ AI says any problems have to be handled by thuisbezorgd. A circle of pure hell.
1/10
Horrible app with no communication whatsoever to the restaurants only ai assistance offering zero help when the order got cancelled for no reason. No available written reviews as well.
I recommend
So practical and fast! Always here within minutes.
Order
Where is my order it’s been a while
Slecht
Annoying
The app will inappropriately (I say this because it feels like spam) bug you with messages to keep ordering / or finish your order even there are no couriers available for delivery.
Awesome
Awesome software and services
Worst app, do NOT download
Completely useless customer service. Laughs at you when you have any problem (delivery missing, problem when paying). I would 1000% recommend other delivery apps, this one is the worst experience I have ever had
