Doesn’t work?
I tried to purchase and it just shuts down…. Support site doesn’t seem to exist anymore
Was nice until website is down and can’t cancel my subscription but keep getting charged
Was a nice app, liked it while pregnant, but when I went to cancel my subscription I can’t, the website is down, the chat doesn’t work, no one is answering my emails. I’m getting charged $70 a month, it’s ridiculous!

Not able to cancel subscription, and they charged me for another year without letting me know which turned out to be $170!! Trying to get support and contact from the app but not working either
Lying and stealing
There is no seven day trial they charge you right away for your first month and there’s no way to contact them their website doesn’t exist and the support feature doesn’t work there’s no way to contact anyone to get a refund or any help with the app

I wanted to love this app but it never loads. Every page just has a spinning loading symbol. I’ve reached out to customer service and asked for help, I’ve deleted and redownloaded it.. nothing has worked. I was really looking forward to utilizing it in pregnancy but I’m disappointed.

Same experience as the previous reviewer. My app does not work and there is not support on the side of the app or Apple.

I wanted to try the 7-day free trial, but the app’s content won’t load for me after turning on/off my phone, redownloading the app, etc. I reached out to customer service multiple times with no response.

Juna was a great app and I used it everyday. Until it stopped working for me and the first page was just repeatedly loading.. I reached out to their app support, email, Instagram and I never received a response. Had to continue paying for the last 3 weeks that I could not use it. Very disappointing…

Suddenly stopped working
I just hit week 37 and sudden the app has stopped working. I’m just getting a spinning loading icon on every tab. Annoying that I paid $120 for the year and the most crucial time I want to as a reference - the weeks leading up to labor - I no longer can. I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling. I didn’t see a way inside the app to get tech help so I’ve resorted to the App Store.
Update @ 40 weeks: reached out via the app for support and received no response. App still not loading any content.

Paid for app and not working
The app is not loading in any device I have and no one is reach out to assist. Very disappointed.

About 6 months into my pregnancy, the app stopped working and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help fix it.
Don’t waste your time!
I paid for a year and I’m not able to access any content after a few months nor am I able to reach support so I can’t even get a refund!! I’d give 0 stars if I can!!

The App does not load. The company’s website is no longer active, they do not respond to requests on their social media pages and they haven’t posted new social media content in over a year.
I am so disappointed because I LOVED this app but DO NOT subscribe! I only got through 6 months of my annual subscription before the app is no longer working.

App broken, zero tech support
I have been using this app for months, but it’s been down for over a week now. Spinning wheel of doom is all I get on any device. The tech support function is useless and I cannot find an email address to contact. Have cancelled my subscription. Rubbish.
