Excellent Game!
EDIT: Don’t play this game as the new owners have completely abandoned it. The HACKER problem has overrun the game and inundated all aspects of play the last 2-3 weeks. You can’t reach out with screenshots or anything as their email inbox has been full for at least the same amount of time. I reached out to Apple 2 weeks ago and now find myself here again as nothing has been resolved. For players of this gaming genre who feel abandoned by recent ruinous decisions by supercell, I can’t recommend Plunder Pirates enough. It is a sorely underrated game and will most certainly surprise you. As you can see below, I originally wrote a positive review and am not happy at all to edit it. I’m leaving the 5 star review in place as it was a great game and so my message gets through, cheers!

Hopes this new update on few month
I have love this game “JUNGLE HEAT”, when I was child play this game, I already reached everything maxed base with trooped. So I hope there possible more new update with this game so, i can continue playing this game. Please bring this back again. Thanks you

Хотел бы сказать, что в первый раз скачал эту игру в году 2016-2017, и залип до момента когда выходило крайнее крупное обновление. То, что сейчас происходит с данной игрой, набивает на грусть. Ведь когда то, это был не просто клон, одной из популярных игр тематики с развитием баз, а прямым ее конкурентом. Обидно что в рейтинге на первом месте, в данный момент, висит аккаунт с недостижимым рейтингом посути. Читеры, одна из самых наболевших тем на сегодняшний день. Просто хочется хоть какой то поддержки со стороны разработчика, игрокам, которые до сих пор преданны этому проекту. Играют, общаются, порой захожу в игру чтобы насладиться атмосферой игры, а в ней она присутствует до сих пор. This game was cool then the original developers abandoned it then a new company took it over and it has been over run with bots and spam accounts. The developers ignore emails and refuse to stop the cheaters from exploiting the game. Play something else and dont even waste your device space loading this garbage game! Play something else - if i could give this 0 stars, I wouldn’t…. -10 — GAME IS STILL VERY BUGGY… it is JULY 3, 2026 AND THE GAME STILL ALLOWS CHEATERS TO DESTROY BASES WITH ONE TROOP. Current Developer’s Mailbox is Full
Once again, support is on leave. The cheaters are swarming, with multiple hacker attacks per day, and multiple support requests remaining unanswered. Now a system message has arrived declaring that a recent support request bounced because the support email box is full. I love this game, but really, support could improve significantly (see below)
Here is a suggestion that will greatly improve customer satisfaction with Jungle Heat, reduce incoming support requests, and help reduce the excess burden on your limited support staff....
Your approach to cheating fails because it does not understand the reasons cheaters keep coming back when you remove them from their clans. I have already documented these matters in previous support emails, with ample screenshots as evidence.
1) It is easy to rejoin the same clan, or create a new clan to continue cheating.
2) Removing a cheater from a clan does not remove the only thing that motivates their continued cheating... their RATING! See the leaderboard where every top rated player is a previously reported cheater. This is what drives their ongoing bad behavior.
3) The only weapon you have (other than fixing the broken game code hackers have continuously exploited for many years) is to reset the ratings of every cheater to zero (-0-) every time they are are reported. Once they realize they can no longer gain any lasting benefit from cheating, they will stop.
4) Hopefully, the leaderboard will spontaneously self-correct, but if it does not, you may need to address that manually to correct for players who previously cheated, got bored and are no longer playing. This will restore the “Best players” leaderboard from a Hall of Shame to a proper Hall of Fame.
Thank you for making continued honest play possible and more enjoyable for everyone!

So i really love this gane but shamefully I payed money for diamonds and still havent got them after 36 hours and its kinda irritating and i still dont have then i sent a email to support and no reply so i would like my diamonds but if i have to keep waiting im going to request a refund and delete the game

Jungle Heat - loyal player feedback
I have been playing Jungle Heat since around 2015 and I recently returned to the game because I still genuinely enjoy it.
However, it is very sad to see the current state of the game.
There are many cheaters openly playing without punishment, clan tournament rewards have not been delivered for weeks, and players receive only automated template replies from support. I personally reported cheaters by email multiple times and nothing changed.
I understand that Jungle Heat is no longer a major project for the company, but the servers are still online and there are still loyal players and active clans. Many of us continue playing because we truly loved this game for years.
Players are not asking for huge updates. We simply want minimal support:
fair tournament rewards,
at least basic anti-cheat moderation,
communication with the community,
and some evidence that the game is not completely abandoned.
Right now many veteran players are slowly leaving because it feels like nobody cares anymore.
Please do not let Jungle Heat die this way.

I love this game but hackers ruined it for me like that one clan Ro ⭐️Stars it’s a full clan of hackers it’s impossible to get high ratings cause of them please do something about hackers or give us something to be able to get revenge on them

J’adore ce jeu, mais quel manque d’investissement !! Un format de jeu qui n’est meme pas adapte aux derniers téléphones ( bordures noires sur l’écran), des créateurs de puis plus de 6 mois et le bug toujours pas réglé. Ensuite le plus gros point, on le sait c’est un plagiat de clash of clan, personnellement ca me dérange pas, au contraire, mais pour autant il faudrait se mettreà la page, les troupes qui mettent 10 ans à s’améliorer, et des tonnes de petits ajouts qui ne sont pas fait pour rendre le jeu plus agréable à jouer, quel dommage….
