No customer service

So I ended up setting up my payroll for this app and it’s been solid for the past two or three months then I get my last payroll for about $4500 and all of a sudden it’s not deposited into my account. I reached out to SSB Bank and it’s nothing on my companies end or SSB banking. It’s on Jupiter‘s end. It’s been over a week now. I reached out over three days ago and still haven’t heard anything. There’s no customer service phone number to talk to somebody because they’re not based in America and nobody has gone to the bottom of it got me my money so if you’re in America, don’t download this app. This is not a good company and they do not care.

Ease of use is where this app shines. I came in with zero experience and an open mind, and within four hours I felt like I actually knew what I was doing. Buying, selling, and swapping all just make sense — the interface doesn’t fight you. Solid wallet for anyone starting out on Solana.

Great app

One of the better SOL wallets but where did the perps tab option go to? It’s no longer showing in the app.

Don’t be like Phantom

I switched to Jupiter wallet because phantom which I used for over 5 years updated their wallet so much that it became a pain to use. Now Jupiter wallet has become the same thing as phantom. Some of us just want to view our balances and swap tokens. If I need to trade perps or do some other stuff, I’ll head to the browser. I don’t want a “watchlist” either, I removed all the default tokens in it but the watchlist remains. Please can we have the option to turn off all the bells and whistles for those of us that just want a simple wallet? A pro and “lite mode maybe?

Stopped working recently

This app is amazing, but the settings screen never worked - was hoping for a fix - it then started being really sluggish, and now only opens if I uninstall and reinstall.

Now, I do have over 2000 different coins in the wallet I use, which I can imagine is a lot of data to process - but this worked fine up until very recently and now the app is unusable.

Please fix whatever the change was that made larger wallets crash the app - I’m certain there is a fundamental reason the app no longer works and I would be really grateful if this could be rectified as a matter of urgency
