App freezes
At times the app is great but 80% of the time the app will freeze and you can’t scroll up or down the only way to fix it is close it completely and reopen it which has lost me on trades. Disappointing

Card issues
I give this app 2 stars because it’s simple and easy to invest, but the hard part is that even though the money went through, I still can’t get a card. This app is for ages 16+ and y'all are refusing to give me a card or respond to my email about my $25 refund back to my Cash App. I don’t recommend letting ur kid use this app to start earning money.

This is the worse app ever. I swear they literally just took my money for no reason that was just sitting there
No customer service
So I ended up setting up my payroll for this app and it’s been solid for the past two or three months then I get my last payroll for about $4500 and all of a sudden it’s not deposited into my account. I reached out to SSB Bank and it’s nothing on my companies end or SSB banking. It’s on Jupiter‘s end. It’s been over a week now. I reached out over three days ago and still haven’t heard anything. There’s no customer service phone number to talk to somebody because they’re not based in America and nobody has gone to the bottom of it got me my money so if you’re in America, don’t download this app. This is not a good company and they do not care.

One of the better SOL wallets but where did the perps tab option go to? It’s no longer showing in the app.
Problems since a week, iPhone 16 Pro Max
Since a week I have several problems. My phone is heating up when I open the app. I can‘t swap tokens, cant send SOL to other wallets keep getting errors which say: failed to craft transaction. Something doesn‘t work anymore. I tried to deinstall the app and installed it again + relog on my wallets and still same issues and heating problem.

Don’t be like Phantom
I switched to Jupiter wallet because phantom which I used for over 5 years updated their wallet so much that it became a pain to use. Now Jupiter wallet has become the same thing as phantom. Some of us just want to view our balances and swap tokens. If I need to trade perps or do some other stuff, I’ll head to the browser. I don’t want a “watchlist” either, I removed all the default tokens in it but the watchlist remains. Please can we have the option to turn off all the bells and whistles for those of us that just want a simple wallet? A pro and “lite mode maybe?
