Bad experience
I have deleted this apps and removed me. One day, they gave me a drunk access a ride passenger. The passenger messed up my car. I called help line, they said that they can give me only $10 for cleaning the car.

Pretty racist and discriminating, very disrespectful, call you for drug test once a month and that stupid inspection. You gotta take pictures every single day like damn. Trips are far away and cancels when you get there. Charges fee for cancellation and drops ur rating. Basically slave work. Do myle its way better.

It’s an app that restricts how you work; you have to accept their ride requests no matter what—if you miss five of them, you get automatically blocked for the entire day, and if you cancel a ride, you get blocked for half an hour. On top of that, they send you to pick up passengers from far away. It’s a disappointing app; the pay used to be very good at the start, but now the rates are terrible.

No professionalism
The customer service is horrible. I’ve had a few times where I needed help with the customer, and they’d make me wait over 30 mins to answer. I’d be penalized for the situation even though it wasn’t in my hands. There’s no professionalism in this company.

Do not work with them; they are opportunists. They will suspend your account for hours simply because you cancelled a single trip—and even if you have a passenger on board, the fare for the next passenger will be reduced by 30%. Furthermore, you cannot even see where you are headed on your upcoming trip. They act as if they are Uber, yet they pay you very little. Do not be a slave to them.
