Jurny app no good
I wouldn’t recommend working for this company to anyone. The dispatchers are scammers; they don’t know how to talk to drivers—they are extremely rude and lack any sense of professional conduct. The app is currently absolutely terrible—they’ve even disabled the "cancel" button. When you bring this up to the dispatchers, they just don’t get it. After the 10–20 minute waiting period expires, the app tells you to "call support." When you reach out to support, they just say, "please wait." If I ask them to remove the order because the waiting time is up, they cancel it—but instead of marking it as a "no-show," they end up suspending my account for two hours! What kind of support is this? What kind of operation is this? What kind of app is this? Who is even in charge here? There’s an employee named Farrux who handles drug testing—he is incredibly rude. He doesn’t even return a greeting, and he ignores questions. What kind of employee is that? He lied to me, claiming my account was permanently blocked and would never be reactivated—but another employee was able to open it back up. What is his agenda? It seems like some people here just have no respect for drivers. In short, I strongly advise against working with this company; if you can, go somewhere else.

Bad experience
I have deleted this apps and removed me. One day, they gave me a drunk access a ride passenger. The passenger messed up my car. I called help line, they said that they can give me only $10 for cleaning the car.
Rude company , doesn’t support drivers

God awful company
Pretty racist and discriminating, very disrespectful, call you for drug test once a month and that stupid inspection. You gotta take pictures every single day like damn. Trips are far away and cancels when you get there. Charges fee for cancellation and drops ur rating. Basically slave work. Do myle its way better.

Love it
If uber kick you out this is the way
Horrible company
Low rates, pick ups are far. They expect the drivers to act like their slaves. Owner is stuffing his pockets.
Horrible Company
Horrible company for drivers. Long trips are poorly paid, even when drivers spend a lot of time and miles on the road. The fares often do not match the distance, time, fuel, and expenses.
Drivers deserve fair pay and better treatment. I would not recommend this company to drivers.

Pays very cheap don’t work for them
This company is a disaster never work for them they don’t follow tlc rules and pay very cheap to the driver while they getting millionaires
Visit office
This company make to driver visit office more than you visit your own family and then treat you in office with bad behavior
Driver sometimes pay very cheap
Drivers be careful before accepting the trip , they pay way less than uber/lyft and no extra money even if you wait 1 hour
Endless vehicle inspections
It's already 2026 - why do we still need to inspect the vehicles so frequently? Can't it be every half month ？While you're taking photos, the system keeps assigning me orders non-stop, and the problem is I can't even accept the assignments yetThis caused my account to be temporarily suspended by the system

Scammer company
Bad
It’s an app that restricts how you work; you have to accept their ride requests no matter what—if you miss five of them, you get automatically blocked for the entire day, and if you cancel a ride, you get blocked for half an hour. On top of that, they send you to pick up passengers from far away. It’s a disappointing app; the pay used to be very good at the start, but now the rates are terrible.

Stupid manager
Very bad manager. Very disrespectful.
No professionalism
The customer service is horrible. I’ve had a few times where I needed help with the customer, and they’d make me wait over 30 mins to answer. I’d be penalized for the situation even though it wasn’t in my hands. There’s no professionalism in this company.
Terrible company
Do not work with them; they are opportunists. They will suspend your account for hours simply because you cancelled a single trip—and even if you have a passenger on board, the fare for the next passenger will be reduced by 30%. Furthermore, you cannot even see where you are headed on your upcoming trip. They act as if they are Uber, yet they pay you very little. Do not be a slave to them.
