About

just for run turns tracking into something you actually want to open. One button starts a run, walk, ride, drive, hike, or anything else you name yourself — no account, no setup, no ads. Every route is saved straight to your phone, nothing leaves your device unless you choose to share it. WHAT YOU GET • Live GPS tracking with pause/resume and automatic crash recovery — kill the app mid-run and it picks right back up where you left off • Ghost runner — race a past version of yourself and see exactly how far ahead or behind you are, in real time • Safety beacon — share your live location with one trusted contact while you're out, then stop sharing the moment you're back • Route posters — turn any finished route into a stylized, shareable piece of art. No maps, no clutter, just your path • Streaks and a weekly heat-ring so you can see your consistency at a glance • Six activity types out of the box, plus unlimited custom ones — call it whatever you actually do • km or mi, your call BUILT TO BE HONEST If something isn't fully built yet, we'd rather ship it later than fake it now. What's live works properly, including the parts that matter most: distance, pace, and duration accuracy, and never losing a run because the app got killed in the background. PRIVACY, ACTUALLY Your runs live in a local database on your phone. There's no login, no cloud sync, no account to lose access to. Sharing a route poster or your live location is something you choose to do, every time — never automatic. Whether you're chasing a streak, racing last week's pace, or just want a dead-simple way to log a walk, just for run gets out of your way and lets you move.
