I am not sure why this takes so long to fix, app has been defunct for months now.
Cloudflare SSO just gets stuck and never works.
Honestly the website does this too… but at least in a browser you can refresh to get out of the loop and then get to the site.

Does not work on iOS 26.2
The app no longer works on iOS version 26.2
Tough to use
As a JustAnswer expert, this app doesn’t add much to the platform. Logging in has been tenuous for a few months, the app is now totally non-functional at least for me.
If you’re a JA expert it’s better to just use the website, I don’t think the app has been updated in nearly a year.
